here in Phx I use Arizona Motorcycle Towing. Coolest setup ever. They have a pickup truck that has a bed inside the bed that uses hydraulics . the bed lifts up and out and goes flat to the ground. Roll the bike in. front wheel locks in just like a motorcycle lift. Tie downs on each side. Then it simply goes right back up inside the pickup. One person can can come pick up any bike. Im fact the owners wife has picked up my 71 FLH a few times. By herself easy peasy.

I wonder if they are really a company that does transportation, or if they just harvest customers and farm them out to small independents? The same thing happens when you call some moving companies or you call for a locksmith. The "company" has nothing to do with moving your stuff or opening your locked door.
Not defending them, but that could be what happened.

This year my brother and his wife were basically scammed (not by AAA, by another mover) for moving from SF to Miami: estimated time two weeks, actual time 45 days.
In the meantime, they had to spend $ 1500 to rent temporary furniture so they could live in the new home until their furniture arrived.
Once the stuff was delivered, 4 pairs of Nike's (a pair alone worth $ 900), a vintage sign, a coffee table were missing.
When asked about the refund for the missing (stolen) merchandise, they replied that their insurance covers $ 0.60 per pound lost or damaged.
