Hey Neetcode you can merge the last two for loops on one: you can check
if board[i][j] == "O": board[i][j] == "X"
elif board[i][j] == "T": board[i][j] = "O"

@QOTS That will not happen since we dont revisit a changed cell again.

@QOTS we are not making a depth first search to change the cells with char O, we are visiting each cell one time, ur case would be correct if we are making a dfs to change O to X with dfs wich is not our case !
