Today was the last day and i did the exercises so easily. Did i get my splits? No, but i can tell that my flexibility has improved and my legs used to hurt because of the stiffness( now it is almost gone). I can feel like if i do this for three months i can reach the ground and yeah, i definitely recommend this challenge 😃👍✨

Heyy! So basiclly i’ve wanted to learn the splits for 2 years now and when i was youger i could do them but not anymore so i thougt its time to learn them

Omg, guys, I just (almost) made the right split 😭😱
Everyday it was like an up and down, sometimes better, sometimes worse and I finally made a huge improvement!!
My point is: keep practicing, even if you feel like it is not getting any better, because someday it will!! 🙌🏼😌
