1) The Weeds were… Read Full Bio ↴At least six groups called themselves 'The Weeds'.
1) The Weeds were Fred Cole's (later founder and frontman of the legendary Dead Moon) second band but the suits being suits forced the band to moonlight under the cutesy Lollipop Shoppe tag to lure in sweet-toothed teens. Thankfully, the sound doesn't change from name to name; this is tough, acid-laced garage rock from the cradle of the sound, the Pacific Northwest. The Weeds gained notice in garage rock circles, and their only single, "It's Your Time" b/w "Little Girl," has become a collectors' favorite. It is a snarling, raw example of '60s punk, and the a-side appeared on one of the Nuggets anthologies.
2) Indie band from Boston, Massachusetts featuring ex members of Transit, Defeo, Late Nite Wars, Life And Limb and Sleepsick. Their début EP, Roots/Routes, was released on Feb. 26 through Cat Skull Records. Exclusively distributed by No Sleep Records.

The Weeds Lyrics

Telephone - She said I wanna see you tonight can we
Get it on? I know that you've been itchin' and there's no one home to say no
Know you're scared, but honey I can make it better just
Be prepared because I'm coming for you
Hold onto something don't lose that grip
Now we'll escort the people into the trip
Lay down and sell your life to me
Break down I'll make you feel alright
Sell your soul to buy your ticket tonight
Tomorrow's gonna come around and
Catch you in flight!
Don't Stop - She said now go a little faster won't you
Turn it up because they're playin' my song I can't
Get enough - it's gonna end in a disaster
So make it last 'cuz I'm not comin' back
She said!
(Na na na na)
Lay down and sell your life to me
Break down I'll make you feel alright
Sell your soul to buy your ticket tonight
Tomorrow's gonna come around and
Catch you in flight!
The song "Stop" by The Weeds is a high-energy track that tells the story of a girl who is urging the singer to call her on the telephone so they can see each other that night. The lyrics suggest that the singer has been hesitant to make a move and that the girl is encouraging him to take a risk. She promises to make everything better and tells him to hold onto something as they "escort the people into the trip."
The chorus of the song is particularly catchy, with the girl telling the singer to "lay down and sell your life" to her. She promises to make him feel alright and encourages him to buy a ticket for tonight's adventure. The lyrics suggest that the singer is nervous about what's to come, but the girl is urging him to go faster and to turn up the music.
Overall, the song is an upbeat and fun track that encourages listeners to let go of their fears and take a chance on something new.

I have to say, the lawn you sprayed and the lawn that you showed 7 days later, did not look like the same lawn at all. Of course there were no land marks or reference points
that would confirm this either way.
Errol Byam
Not only did it look different, you did not show the whole lawn like you did before.

It’s definitely the same place, but you’re right. The lawn looks totally different due to the treatment. No weeds makes a huge difference in the appearance.

Thank you! Very informative. I love the before & after!

If you have a lot of weeds I would hit them with a second application in about a month.
Also, check out some of my other lawn videos for some good tonics you can apply.

@How To Video Channel I did my front & backyard around 6pm today. It was still bright outside. I know this is quite toxic so I decided to put on my hazmat, face shield & gloves because it was a little bit windy. I followed your instructions to a “T.” Do I need a second application or once is enough for the whole summer?
I have the most dandelions & clover leaves in the neighborhood. I was planning to hire a lawn company. Your video changed my mind. I’m excited to see the outcome after 7 days.
