Our music is composed and produced by Ivri Lider and Yonathan Goldshtein who began creating TYP's music in their Tel Aviv studio in 2010. Together, a special new project has been conceived that is different from what each of them is doing separately

The lyrics to The Young Professionals' song D.I.S.C.O seem to be about someone who has been hurt by someone they loved in the past. The first two lines might suggest that the person has left some sort of message behind in the house of their former lover, something that holds special meaning that nobody else could understand. The chorus of the song spells out D.I.S.C.O, with each letter representing something that the person is feeling. D is for doing what they want, I is for saying that they can't (even though they might want to), S is for being someone they're not, C is for not wanting to be called, and O is for oh no. The chorus seems to suggest a kind of inner turmoil, with conflicting emotions that are hard to reconcile.
The second verse continues with this theme of inner conflict. The person left behind fingerprints and pieces of themselves in their former lover's dwelling, but nobody (not even them) can explain why they are so brokenhearted. The second chorus spells out D.I.S.C.O again, with each letter now representing something new - D is for darling, I is for breaking their heart, S is for sometimes (when their former lover is around), C is for curious, and O is for oh my god. The song seems to be about the long shadow that love can cast, and how it can be hard to move on when the memories are so strong.
