Regarding worry, I'd like to remind you to not be anxious about anything, but to present all your situations to the Lord, and trust Him with everything (Philippians 4:6-7). It is a sin not to trust God, and that is perhaps the first part of the spiritual battle.

Everyone ought to listen and learn so has to improve prayer life and not follow false leaders but learn to pray with heart and mouth together. Humility is so fab chapter.

I know a lot of that may be my own doing but isn't it God who must breath the life in me? Man cannot have a devotion for God without the Spirit first doing the work in man.

Well, maybe. Yet, it doesn't seem right to blame God, does it? All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never cast out. He won't cast you out if you come to Him. You have no other unrepented sin? If the greatest commandment is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and heart, perhaps that it the sin that needs to be repented of, if you drifted away from Him as you say. But that is not a little thing as you seem to think. It is the greatest commandment. Deal with that, give up all earthly things for His sake, and you may find the peace you are looking for. Hope this helps. It is all I can think of based on the little you shared. I wish the best for you.

I understand. The reality is that the KJV is still copyright protected in the U.K., and the version we used is the only one we have complete freedom to use. But, we believe the version we used is a good version, and very accurate.

People are swimming in the devil's ocean. God ,Jesus and Holy Spirit is the life boat floating looking for people that want to be saved.
I am a nut case, not stable, but God Jesus and the Holy Spirit and Angles are here with me. Nope, I don't see them ,but I feel the Holy Spirit in side me and Jesus and the Holy Angels around me. I have faith and belief with out trying, because they are we me.

Sin ihorrible, and it often wraps us up in bondage. There can be significant consequences. But I also know of testimony after testimony of terrible sinners who repented and found freedom in Christ. I think a question is, are you willing? If you recognize how evil sin is, that it is opposed to God, and that you would be so willing to renounce it that even if you wouldn't find forgiveness in Christ that, that you would still do it for Christ's sake, then I do not see why Christ wouldn't receive you. But for me, my problem was that I enjoyed sin, and I had to ask the Lord to change my heart, I told him that was willing to be made willing. He gave me a new heart! I still am tempted to sin sometimes, but it's not the same anymore. I love the Lord, and I'm so grateful for his redemption, and aim to love and follow him with my whole heart, mind, so, and strength.

I am learning do much and DO CONDEMN myself constantly!!!
There is NO PEACE!!!
How can we find the Peace of Salvation???

@@mfrmll3786 how do you find peace with God? In my personal bible study this morning, I was reading and John 8. Jesus said, if you continue in my word, you really are my disciples. You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.
He also says in John 8, truly I tell you, everyone who commits sin is a slave of sin. A slave does not remain in the household forever, but a son does remain forever. So if the son sets you free, you really will be free.
The greatest source of peace for me is when I truly follow the Lord Jesus Christ and obey him. Sinful behavior is the worst thing preventing peace. I also love reading the Bible, and get a great sense of peace from the word of God. It is so true that it bathes me with a feeling of peace. I know when I am reading it, and of course applying to my own life, that I am where God wants me to be. Everything else I read and hear is not half as good or half as true. You willing to spend much time in prayer and scripture reading and application. This is of course assuming that you have the forgiveness of the Lord Jesus Christ for your past sins. He will wash away those sins when you place your faith in him, what he has done on the cross.
