1. Tiffany (born Tiffany Renee Darwish; October 2, 1971 in Norwalk, California; sometimes mistakenly reported as being born in Oklahoma, where she has some relatives), is an American artist best known for her success as an 80s dance pop star. Tiffany's self titled debut album, released in May 1987, had two consecutive #1 hits in "I Think We're Alone Now" and "Could've Been". It sold about four million copies. The "Could've Been" Songfacts says that at age 16, Tiffany was the youngest female artist to have an album go to #1 in Billboard history.
Tiffany's second album, Hold An Old Friend's Hand (November 1988) saw 2 Top 40 hits from that album. All This Time peaked at #6 and Radio Romance peaked at #35. In 1989 Tiffany went into the studio to be the voice of Judy Jetson for The Jetsons Movie, which was released in the summer of 1990. Tiffany recorded 3 songs for the soundtrack.
Tiffany released her 3rd album, New Inside (October 1990). Tiffany went in a different direction with this album. Music was changing from an 80's bubblegum pop sound to a more funky hip-hop sound. New Inside was the first single released from the album but failed to chart. "Here In My Heart "was the 2nd single released. It failed to chart but did receive decent airplay on adult contemporary radio stations as a song dedicated to the troops serving in Desert Storm. "Back In The Groove" was the 3rd single released but it failed to chart as well.
In 1993 released her 4th album, Dreams Never Die (November 1993) exclusively in Asia. The singles, "If Love Is Blind" and "Can't You See" both did well in Asia and plans were made to release the album in the U.S. but for one reason or another it never happened.
In 2000 Tiffany reemerged from her years off with the critically acclaimed album, The Color Of Silence (November 2000). It was hailed by Billboard Magazine as, "one of the best pop albums of the year" and the year's "biggest surprise".
In May 2005, Tiffany released the album, "Dust Off And Dance" independently through CDBaby (and later for download on iTunes). It was dedicated to her new husband, but recorded as a "Thank You" to her fans (particularly her gay and European fanbase) for reminding her about the fun to be had with her career, and it serves as a reminder of a lighter time when she could lose herself on the dance floor. The album consists of Eurodance and Hi-NRG style songs. The singles from Dust Off And Dance, such as "Ride It", "Fly", "Be With U Tonite", "Na Na Na", and "Artificial Girlfriend", all charted on listener sponsored radio stations that also stream online, such as WMPH and C895Worldwide.
Tiffany toured with the album, which in September 2006 was nominated for six JPF awards. She won for best dance song of the year for "Be With U Tonite" and best dance CD of the year on November 4, 2006.
Tiffany signed a record deal in the fall of 2006 with 10 Spot Records, a new division of Water Music Records Group, which is distributed by Universal Music Group. She released a new album on June 5, 2007, entitled Just Me. Feels Like Love was released as a single and a video was also shot for the song.
In early August 2007, the dance single "Higher", not featured on any album, began showing up online. On October 2, 2007 (Tiffany's 36th birthday), it debuted on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart at number 45, her first Billboard chart appearance since 1989; since then the single has climbed the charts to #19.
In April 2008, a track with the same name as her 2005 dance album, "Dust off And Dance", became available for download on the web. The song is Tiffany doing vocals for a dance team called Hydra Productions, and the song is found on their album Liquid.
Late July 2008 a new Tiffany dance song titled "Just Another Day" was released on CD by perfectbeat, remixed by Dave Audé. The song is rumored to be from an upcoming dance album yet to be released by Tiffany also including another new song Tiffany has been performing live, "Move Your Body."
2. TIFFANY (born Stephanie Young Hwang; August 1, 1989 in San Francisco, California, United States), is an American singer and actress. She is a member of the top South Korean girl group, Girls' Generation and it's sub-group Girls' Generation-TTS, both formed by S.M. Entertainment. On May 11, 2016, she made her official debut as a solo singer with title track "I Just Wanna Dance" from a mini-album of the same title.
Tiffany was invited to audition at the SM Entertainment Starlight Casting System, where she auditioned with Christina Aguilera's song "The Voice Within", and joined the company on October 2004 in Los Angeles at age 15. She made her official debut as a member of Girls' Generation on August 5, 2007.
In 2012 Tiffany with her band-mates Taeyeon and Seohyun formed a subgroup called Girls' Generation-TTS, releasing their first mini-album titled "Twinkle" during the same year. In 2014, they released their second mini-album titled "Holler". For this release, Tiffany took an active role and served as the visual director to the overall album image and the concept of the title track's music video. The subgroup has a different musical direction and style concept from Girls' Generation, placing their focus on each member's vocal ability while the latter group emphasizes the songs and uniform group performances.
On May 4, 2016, Tiffany was officially announced to be debuting as a solo singer with "I Just Wanna Dance". The album became available for pre-order on the iTunes Store on May 5. It was reported on May 6 that Tiffany composed the track "What Do I Do" and wrote the lyrics for the song's English version, which is only available on the iTunes Store, Spotify and Apple Music, while her fellow Girls' Generation member Sooyoung wrote the lyrics for its Korean version. On May 11, 2016, the album and the title track's music video were released.

TALK
Tiffany Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
I talk to myself (myself), when there is no one to talk to
[Repeat]
[Tiffany:]
Ever wonder just what it's like talkin' to yourself every night?
Will I ever make it through the day?
It's so hard to believe that I'm still living, I'm alive
My clock is still ticking, guessing that God is still with me (with me)
'Cause I could have been gone so many times before
Murda Mo is chasing me I'm barely escaping it
My instincts is tellin' me that I might not live long in my life (my life)
My life is a jungle I really don't love it it's really to crumble
I fight with these devils on daily basis
And I try to stay humble
Try not to fall, but what if I slip, trip?
Try to stay calm, but what if I flip?
Kill 'em all
Last night I had a long talk with myself (myself)
Drama had a nigga wondering, wondering how close am I to hell
Then I had to pray can't let them brake me, awww nah, awww nah
But it's everyday they try to make me soft
But so fried, so high is my mistake
Don't worry when I'm in the clouds
Well that's how I stay (stay)
[Chorus: Tiffany:]
Ever wonder just what it's like talkin' to yourself every night?
Will I ever make it through the day?
Never thought I make it this far
Kinda wonder just where you are?
Will you ever make it through the day?
[Krayzie:]
Caught up in my complications nowhere to go
It's mandatory that I face them, even though I don't want to
They say karma can murda ya, murda ya
All this drama just got me nervous
'Cause I know I've popped shots that don't stop
They don't stop
Soon as I lose it they know I get stupid
Ain't nowhere to you, to you
Stop, stop, look, look, listen
Where heard them
I'm hearin' they put to get me (get me)
Can't let 'em get me
I won't stop dumpin' until my clique is empty (empty)
When this one finish (finish) I'm buckin' 'til I put my other clip in (clip in)
Then get up spittin' back at y'all (back at y'all)
That's 'cause the can't get with this at all
The war is really raw (raw, raw, raw, raw)
[Chorus]
[Krayzie and Tiffany:]
(Last night I had a long talk with myself)
And I told myself I can't depend on one
No one else
[Krayzie:]
Crazy, crazy this thing done made me crazy
Hate to say it, I done went crazy [Repeat]
Walkin' in the rain (walkin' in the rain)
Disaster calls my name
Callin' my name feelin' so much pain
Want to get away but ya can't, can't run, run, run
[Chorus]
[Krayzie:]
I talk to myself (myself) when there is no one to talk to [Repeat]
Walkin' in the rain (walkin' in the rain)
[Tiffany:]
Last night (myself) I had a long talk with myself, self, self
Will I ever (myself) make it through the day?
[Chorus]
The song "Talk to Myself" by Tiffany featuring Krayzie is a reflective and introspective piece that talks about the difficult journey of life, facing personal struggles, and persevering through adversity. Krayzie's verse highlights the struggles he's faced in his life, from battling his inner demons to escaping danger and violence. He talks about feeling as though he's constantly being chased by danger, and that his life is a constant jungle that is on the brink of crumbling. He tries to stay humble, but the pressure of survival often makes him fear for his life. He also reflects on who he is and who he wants to be every day, and how he is constantly trying not to fall prey to the negative influences surrounding him.
Tiffany's verse reveals her own struggles, asking if she will ever make it through the day, wondering if she's alone in talking to herself every night. She questions if she will be able to find the strength within herself to overcome the challenges that come her way, and if she'll ever reach her goals. The chorus represents the feeling of being trapped in one's own mind and the struggles that come with that, wondering if there's anyone else out there who can relate or if they're alone in their struggles.
Overall, "Talk to Myself" is a powerful and emotional song that speaks to the struggles we all face in life. It talks about the importance of not giving up and of finding the strength within ourselves to persevere.
