sometimes everthing seems outta my reach
no matter how hard I try
sometimes I feel like nothing at all inside
with everything that I try to hold on to
just seems to slip away
and though I fall it keeps calling me back again
but I keep looking
I keep searchin to find the real me
chorus:
who am I tell me
where do I come from
who am I tell me
cause its like I dont fit in at all
verse 2:
Sometimes I feel like runnin away
and leaving it all behind
and try to find a place where I belong
If I keep lookin,
I'll find myself
I keep searchin to find the real me
chorus:
who am I tell me
where do I come from
who am I tell me
cause its like I dont fit in at all
(who am I)
who am I
(who am I)
Who am I
I know
That I can do anything
who am I
I know
that I can be anything
who am I
I know
That I can do anything thing (anything thing)
who am I
I know
that I can be anything
who am I
I know
yes I can be anything
yes I can be anything at aaaaaaaaall
Tiffany Evans's song "I Am Changing" is a deeply introspective track that explores themes of self-identity, belonging, and perseverance. The lyrics in the first verse reveal the internal struggles of the singer, who seems to be grappling with feelings of defeat and hopelessness. Despite their best efforts, they feel like everything is slipping away and that they're not really sure who they are or where they belong. The repeated line of "I keep searching to find the real me" shows that the singer is committed to finding their true self, even if it means facing difficult challenges and confronting uncomfortable truths about themselves.
The chorus repeats the question "who am I?" which is a universal question that many people ask themselves at some point in their life. It's a question that speaks to the search for meaning and purpose in life, and the desire to find a place where one truly belongs. The line "cause it's like I don't fit in at all" adds an element of isolation to the song, as if the singer is feeling disconnected from the world around them.
In the second verse, the singer considers running away from their problems and searching for a place where they belong. However, they ultimately decide to keep looking for themselves, and the song ends with a message of hope and determination. The repeated refrain of "who am I" shifts from a question to a statement of self-affirmation, with the singer declaring "I know that I can do anything" and "I know that I can be anything". This final section of the song suggests that the singer has found some clarity and purpose in their search for self-identity, and that they're ready to take on whatever challenges come their way.
Overall, "I Am Changing" is a powerful song that uses introspective lyrics and a catchy melody to explore themes of self-identity and perseverance. It's a song that speaks to anyone who has ever felt lost or disconnected from the world, and it offers a message of hope and determination for those who are still searching for themselves.
