Smile never released any material during its lifetime, but two albums, Gettin' Smile (in Japan) and Ghost of a Smile (in Holland), were later released, containing some of their songs. One of their songs, Doin' Allright, was also featured on Queen's debut album and Staffell still receives royalties for it.
Since then Tim has released his own solo album, titled Amigo. He still remains good friends with Brian and Roger.
Earth
Tim Staffell Lyrics

And suddenly I′ll catch
A fleeting vision of those crystal seas
Or I might be standing in a crowded dockyard faraway
Underneath the sun I've never seen
′Cos I have seen many worlds
For what it's worth
But I'll never see again
The planet earth
My earth
I might be chasing waves of light
Out beyond the rim
Where the stars are sparse
And the cold of space seeps in
Or I might be in a bar room
Drinking methylated gin
And thinking of places I have been
Yes I have seen many worlds
For what it′s worth
But I′ll never see again the planet earth
My earth
Cast adrift amongst the stars
I float from sun to sun
Dreaming of the world that gave us birth
All the places I have seen
Remind me there is none and get back to the rolling hills of earth.
The lyrics of Tim Staffell's song "Earth" are filled with a sense of longing and nostalgia for the planet Earth. The song speaks about how the singer has traveled to many different worlds and seen many incredible sights, but nothing compares to the beauty and wonder of Earth. In the first verse, the singer describes how even when he is in the middle of mundane tasks, he can't help but recall the crystal seas and sunny skies of Earth. The second verse juxtaposes images of the vast and lonely expanse of space with memories of drinking in a bar and thinking of past travels. The chorus echoes the sentiment of the verses, with the singer acknowledging that he will never see Earth again, his "earth". The final verse finds the singer floating amongst the stars, dreaming of the world that gave him birth.
