Missed it by 4 nights and honestly I cannot imagine the fear that night I just can’t comprehend how that must have felt mentally and emotionally for everyone involved. Absolutely terrifying. I remember laying in bed for days I had never felt so sick over something in my life. Something I don’t think I’ll ever really let go of. RIP to all our brothers and sisters we lost that night. 🙏🏼😥

There's a similar report from the massacre in Norway about ten years ago. Some police were in a boat, circling the island (in a river) where a lot of the killing happened. It was dark by then, and they could hear phones make noise and light up as calls & texts kept coming, and finally the batteries died.

Some people just want to know what it is like and to be prepared for it and how easy it is to die. Even with 5 gunshot victims there would be an alert to either Gainesville, Tampa, Jacksonville or Daytona Beach, the 4 cities each staffing a Level 1 Trauma Center. If there were 50 gunshot victims, all of them would be alerted and the IC would assessing each victim and directing them to a trauma center based on the information given to him from the hospital trauma center coordinator, who is talking to other trauma centers. This was a joke if there ever was one.

1,000 Subscribers With No Videos? I’ve seen it on videos where they showed the final encounter where they opened fire onto the bathroom. People then commented that that was what happened and some posts on reddit correlated with the same assumption that some people were killed by SWAT

It's super sad but putting yourself in a soft target like this or any nightclub/bar presents massive danger due to the number of unknown variables: It's dark, late at night, alcohol/drugs; mix in hatred it's a themed venue. Always keep your eyes scanning for threats and know before hand how to get out from multiple points. Or don't go out and buy overpriced drinks and live a healthy lifestyle.

First of all, the first 3 words would've done just fine. There should be no but.
Secondly. People should be allowed to live without fear, they should be able to go to bars, clubs and have nights out without worrying that a mad man could make them a target of a horrific and absurd attack.
