Life is often compared to a merry-go-round but that comparison isn't always appropriate.

I think it's more like a Ferris wheel
Life is slow, and arduous with its twists and turns like a Ferris wheel.

Life is unpredictable, there are moments of success and failure, and this makes it an exciting journey.

Sometimes you just don't know what to feel
There are moments in life where you feel uncertain, unsure of what to do, what to feel, and how to proceed.

And just when you think you've got the game figured out
As soon as you think you’ve figured out how to navigate through the highs and lows of life, something unexpected happens and everything changes.

And you say you've had enough
There are times in life when everything seems to be going wrong, and you feel like giving up.

The mysterious mad man with his hand on the lever
The events of life are controlled by fate, or destiny, and there's little we can do about it.

Don't seem to never ever want to let you off
We feel stuck in life, unable to move forward or make any real progress.

You can't get off this wheel of karma
Life is a circle, and the karma we accumulate dictates our future, which is often beyond our control.

You can't stop the hands of time
No matter how much we want things to remain as they are, time moves on, and nothing can stop it.

Now I have a friend, I might have a few
We all have friends, and some of us have a few close friends who we can depend on.

Sometimes I think they just don't care
Even the closest friends can seem distant or uninterested, which can be frustrating.

But I think sometimes they think the same thing of me, yeah
We often wonder what others think of us, and assume they are thinking the worst about us.

You might say we've got a problem there
This lack of communication can be seen as a problem, and it's something we need to address if we want deeper connections with our friends.

You know we all got this habit
We all have habits, good or bad, that can be difficult to break.

We like to talk too much
One bad habit that many people share is talking too much and not listening enough, which can hinder progress and hinder progress in our relationships.

And that always tends to slow you down
This bad habit slows us down and prevents us from enjoying life and achieving our goals.

But we never change direction
Even though our bad habits can hinder us, we continue to follow the same path and never change our direction.

We just keep going round and round and round and round
We find ourselves stuck in a cycle of bad habits and repetitive behavior, with no end in sight.

And let me off this wheel of karma
We hope to break free from this vicious cycle of life, to chart a new course and live a more fulfilling life.

Let me stop the hands of time
We hope to stop the march of time itself, to hold on to the good moments of life, and savor life's most precious memories.

Seems like I've been around so many places
We all travel to various places and experience different things, yet still struggle with the same problems and universal truths.

And I must have learned a lot of things
Through all our travels and experiences, we learn, grow, and gain valuable insights into life.

And although I ain't yet come up with a so-called answer
Despite our best efforts, we have yet to find a definitive answer to the big questions of life, such as the meaning of our existence.

At least I think I finally learned how to sing
Even though we don't have all the answers, we can still find joy and happiness in life, and share that joy with others, like singing.
