Hey, hey
Feelin' good in every way
Hey, hey
Feelin' good in every way

Feel the spirit here tonight
Round and round it really goes
And I'm here to let you know
There's something feelin' good in my soul

As the rhythm starts to grind
If you feel it like I do
Stomp your feet and let me know
Something's goin' on in your soul

Feels good, feels good in your soul
Feels good, feelin' good in every way
Feels good (hey), feels good in your soul (hey)
Feels good, feelin' good in every way

Let your waters overflow
And I wanna see you dance
Heat it up and let it go
Something's feelin' good in your soul

Feelin' free and let it show
Come on in and love with me
Now I'm givin' you the sound
Something's goin' on in my soul

Feels good, feels good in your soul (feel it)
Feels good (ooh), feels good in your soul
Feels good (oh), feels good in your soul (yeah yeah)
Feels good, feels good in your soul (ooh)

Feels good, (yeah) feels good in your soul (yes it does)
Feels good, feelin' good in every way
Feels good (hey), feels good in your soul (hey)
Feels good, feelin' good in every way

, feeling good
(Let it show) in every way
It's movin, it's flowin

Feel the spirit in you now
I can feel it (let it show)
Let it show, I'm gonna let it
I'm gonna let this flow this feeling show
Oh, I'm here to let you know (ooh let it go)
(Ooh) something goin' on in your soul

Let it show (let it show)
This feeling you got it comes all over you
Let it show, let it flow
(Ooh ooh) the spirit (let it show) should make
That's comin' all over you (ooh ooh)
That's got you feelin' good (let it go)
In your soul (oh), you gotta let it
Let it show (ooh ooh, let it go)
Yeah (ooh ooh, let it show)
Can you feel it (ooh ooh)
Can you feel it (let it go)
It's movin'
Movin' and groovin', smoothin', in my soul

Something goin' on in my soul
Feelin' the spirit here tonight
And let it show (ooh)

Have you heard of Jocelyn Brown and Martha Wash? These two ladies of american soul music are the voices that greatly contributed to the success of dance music, associated with bands such as Incognito, Musique, Weather Girls, Sylvester, Black Box, C+C Music Factory and many others πŸ˜Šβ€πŸŽ΅β€βœ¨πŸ™Œ

@lindasmith-wj5nk

Of course heard of them πŸ‘

@DollyMat

Absolutely!! I'm surprised both of them are on this track as their both power house singers.

Joycelyn Brown's intro to 'somebody else's guy' is legendary.

If people only knew these were the actual voices we were dancing to in the 90's. Respect!

Yes. Martha Wash started out singing with Sylvester in the late 70's, the Two Tons of Fund and then solo. Her and Jocelyn have incredible voices.
