He worked at Konami on many games including Metal Gear 2 before joining Squaresoft in 1995 and composed/arranged for several titles such as Brave Fencer Musashi, FFII(PS remake), Chrono Trigger(PS remake), FFVII: Advent Children, and FFIII(DS remake). Sekito currently plays electric guitar for The Black Mages. His recent work includes The Last Remnant (Xbox 360, PC) and collaboration with Yoko Shimomura and Takeharu Ishimoto on the soundtrack for Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep (Sony PSP).

Funny how one of he most plain looking locations that you don’t spend much time in ended up being one of my favorites. Largely due to this song but there was something about that lighting and the ocean. The side quest with the ceremony helped, too.

A lot of this game's music reminds me of Motoi Sakuraba (who composes for the Tales of... series) but not this song. Though the song that plays in Athlum after the Valeria Heart is taken definitely sounds like Sakuraba.
