We will accomplish our goals with integrity and correctly record our progress.

Funding comes from taking everything we can
We obtain financial support by taking all that we are capable of acquiring.

A uniform that wears you so well
The outfit or appearance that you display suits your personality or character well.

I will manipulate events from behind the scenes without anyone knowing my involvement.

People will buy into or support whatever you present to them.

You are in a position of power and authority, but there is a potential for danger or risk.

If the subject seems to be rejecting it
If the person or topic appears to be non-compliant or unyielding to the proposed idea or plan.

Then think of all the plans that we've made
Consider all of the schemes or arrangements that we created.
