1. Lee Taeyong (Korean: 이태용), better known as Taeyong (태용), is a South-Korean rapper, singer, dancer and songwriter, born in July 1, 1995, in Seoul. He is a member and the leader of the boy group NCT. In 2016, he debuted in the group's first sub-unit, NCT U, and later that year in the second sub-unit, NCT 127. He is also a member of SuperM.
In May 12, 2017, Taeyong was featured in Hitchhiker's SM Station "Around". In August 5, 2017, "함께 Cure", Taeyong's first SM Station was released. His second SM Station and first solo song "Long Flight", was released in July 18, 2019.
In 2021, he started realeasing his solo songs in his SoundCloud account under the name TY, starting with the song "먹구름 (Dark Clouds)". His most recent release in his SoundCloud is the song "Swimming Pool", released in June 28, 2021.
In April 14, 2022, he released his third SM Station "Love Theory", featuring Wonstein.
Taeyong made his official solo debut in June 5, 2023, with the mini album "SHALALA" with "SHALALA" as the title track.
