Uno cemented himself as a pillar of the rap scene in 2015, taking the underground by storm with the release of his No More Thotties mixtape and songs like "Parkin' Lot Pimpin'," "Giuseppe Swag," and "WHAT." Uno would respond to the craving for new music held by his fans for two years by releasing his debut studio mixtape Live.Shyne.Die in late 2017.
A desire for musical experimentation led to his mid-2018 EP Limbus. The series' second installment would release in December of that same year. This trend of experimentation would continue itself with the release of Uno's Deadication remix project in mid-2019.
Uno delivered Deadication II: Lost Files in early 2020, a mixtape containing vaulted songs dating back to 2017. In mid-2020, Uno released his highly-anticipated debut studio album, 8, which included popular tracks "Das Him," "Night Mode," and "Can't Go."
At the beginning of 2021, Uno would release his sophomore studio album, Unoverse, a 10-track LP that would mark his first independent release since his 2017 EP Sorry for the Wait. The project featured standout cuts "Taco Bell" and "Opp Pack." ~ Alexander L. & Hamed T.

And they swear that they seein' a demon
Like my name is Manson and Marilyn
This not a ritual but I go dig up my demon
Just so we can pull up and bury him
Back in the trap and
I'm whippin' a fishscale
I got more water than all the aquariums
Yeah, it's time to pop the trunk
I just put the opp inside a spliff
It smell like skunk
When I be serving the J's
They come to the back
They don't come to the front (The front)
When I'm on these drugs, I'm a slave
(Yeah, ha)
Whеn I'm in these chains, I'm a slave
Say shе don't know who I am
Lil' bitch must live inside of a cage
They just let all my bros free
Still havin' nightmares about them raids
(dig) but I still can't trust nobody
My boy shot me and it wasn't a graze (dig)
Fuck 'em all, I get paid
Main character syndrome do my own
Stunts like Johnny Cage
I said I'm bustin' their eardrums when
I turn up on this rage
They gon' feel it every time I come
I'ma make 'em feel my pain
Do you know how it feels to
Be left out in the rain?
Maison Margiela raincoat
I'm the Margiela man
Giuseppe steppin' on niggas dope
We rock the whole gang skeleton AP on me
But think I should've went plain
If it don't make money
It don't make sense, i cannot change
I'm not your average American niggas see me
And they swear that they seein' a demon
Like my name is Manson and Marilyn
This not a ritual but I go dig up my demon
Just so we can pull up and bury him
Back in the trap and
I'm whippin' a fishscale
I got more water than all the aquariums
(Dream, this shit go dummy, whew)
Yeah, it's time to pop the trunk
I just put the opp inside a spliff

Ones just so we can pull up and bury him
Back in the trap and
I'm whippin' a fishscale
I got more water than all the aquariums
Yeah, you talk too much fuck up
You speak up too much fuck up
Cash better and some Cartier Buffs
We walk inside the club swole, yeah, buff
Snuck in with the snub nose, get touched
Told 'em, "You was not my bitch
I don't fuss"
Hold my nuts 'cause I got a double cup
He got a little gun, I got a big gun
(Let's go)
I'm not your average American niggas see me
And they swear that they seein' a demon
Like my name is Manson and Marilyn
This not a ritual but I go dig up my demon

The lyrics to UnoTheActivist's song "SLAVE" delve into the experiences and emotions of the artist. He begins by acknowledging that people often perceive him as different from the average American, almost like they see a demon in him. He references Marilyn Manson, the controversial musician known for his unconventional style, to emphasize this perception. UnoTheActivist then speaks metaphorically about digging up his own demons and burying them, possibly alluding to personal growth and leaving behind negative influences.
The lyrics also touch upon themes of resilience and survival. UnoTheActivist mentions being back in the trap, a term commonly used to refer to the drug game or a dangerous environment. He boasts about his drug dealing skills and his ability to navigate these treacherous situations. However, amidst this lifestyle, he feels like a slave, both to the drugs he consumes and the chains that bind him metaphorically. There is a sense of irony in his experiences, where his newfound freedom from legal trouble is haunted by nightmares of past raids.
In the last few lines, UnoTheActivist expresses his mistrust of others, particularly after being shot by someone close to him. Despite these challenges, he remains focused on getting paid and continues to assert his individuality and strength.
