Uno cemented himself as a pillar of the rap scene in 2015, taking the underground by storm with the release of his No More Thotties mixtape and songs like "Parkin' Lot Pimpin'," "Giuseppe Swag," and "WHAT." Uno would respond to the craving for new music held by his fans for two years by releasing his debut studio mixtape Live.Shyne.Die in late 2017.
A desire for musical experimentation led to his mid-2018 EP Limbus. The series' second installment would release in December of that same year. This trend of experimentation would continue itself with the release of Uno's Deadication remix project in mid-2019.
Uno delivered Deadication II: Lost Files in early 2020, a mixtape containing vaulted songs dating back to 2017. In mid-2020, Uno released his highly-anticipated debut studio album, 8, which included popular tracks "Das Him," "Night Mode," and "Can't Go."
At the beginning of 2021, Uno would release his sophomore studio album, Unoverse, a 10-track LP that would mark his first independent release since his 2017 EP Sorry for the Wait. The project featured standout cuts "Taco Bell" and "Opp Pack." ~ Alexander L. & Hamed T.

Uno, I killed it
(Dream, this shit go dummy)
Sitting by myself thinking 'bout my next move
Should I keep the piece? Should I keep the tool?
Everybody told me they tryna see what I'm 'bout to do
That is not the move and I got a point to prove
I be with my goons, they won't hesitate to shoot
Life just hasn't changed for a young boy like you
But the chance that it can change is what you wait to view
Okay, true
Different views
Tryna see how I'ma angle this tool
Leave you on a shirt, I'ma leave you on the news
I know how it feels when these niggas change on you
But no, it's not the same, yeah, this something I know
You don't be at my shows
Where did I go wrong? Where do you belong?
Said I will give you my heart, but it is made of chrome
Ayy, wake up in the morning thinking 'bout my next move
I just sit and plot, I want guap, I want a lot
No, I cannot stop, you think I'ma worry less?
Niggas stop to wonder why I distance myself
I don't think you pussy niggas really can help
If we get into it, I am toting straps in the air
When we got into it with them other niggas, you weren't there
Now I'm thinking about all the things I'd say if you was here
Sitting by myself thinking 'bout my next move
Should I keep the piece? Should I keep the tool?
Everybody told me they tryna see what I'm 'bout to do
That is not the move and I got a point to prove
I got all the truth in this baby bottle too
I be with my goons, they won't hesitate to shoot
Life just hasn't changed for a young boy like you
But the chance that it can change is what you wait to view
Truly, if I didn't have support from you guys and if I didn't have the people that truly believed in me
I would be nothing and I'm, I'm aware of that
And I've gone through my fair share of destruction and, and pain in the process
To get where I've gotten and I, and I know that anything is possible
The song "Repent" by UnoTheActivist is an introspective song that discusses the rapper's thought process as he contemplates his next move.
