Sink or Swim
Uncharted Shores Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Within
It is Sink or Swim
Give it all you got
Cuz it's do or die tonight
If you're holding back
And now the stars align
to show you where I lost my mind
It's not like you to run away
But it's better off that way
Now, who you are
We will carry on
We're so close now
Now looking down, with only one way left to go
We're reaching for the sky
Yeah, we'll carry on
Nothing you say can stop us now
Your words won't bring us down
We know who we are
We'll carry on

Why do the rich like to step on the poor?
They have it all, yet they still want more, oh yeah
How can they sleep at night,
say the things they say, ruin decent people's lives?
I can't take this anymore
We'll show them we are so much more
Try and take our name

We won't fall without a fight

We will carry on
We're so close now
Now looking down, with only one way left to go
We're reaching for the sky
Yeah, we'll carry on
Nothing you say can stop us now
Yor words won't bring us down

We know who we are
We'll carry on

We will carry on
We're so close now
Now looking down, with only one way left to go
We're reaching for the sky
Yeah, we'll carry on
Nothing you say can stop us now
Your words won't bring us down

We know who we are
We'll carry on

I'm a big 1D UK fan, but I very much like this song. I wish you had the lyrics up for it, I can't quite catch the first few words and I want to know what they are. It's is a great song but One Direction UK Stole My Heart.

This 1D seems to have a meaning. Don't get me wrong, I love UK, but this US one has always made me feel better. The UK one use to make me feel that way but not they're mostly about how hot and good kissers, and to give in to them. Drifting down the usual boy-band way.
