Reflecting on the past and attempting to come to terms with it.

Feeling hopeless about what the future holds.

Meet face to face with a bad dream
Confronting something unpleasant or painful that feels like a nightmare.

The thought remains
A persistent thought or feeling that continues to haunt the mind.

It can't go on
Feeling as though one can no longer bear the weight of their struggles or pain.

Hoping for support or companionship through tough times.

Asking someone to be there for you when things become difficult.

Placing one's trust, emotions and wellbeing in someone else's hands.

Asking for spiritual guidance and support during difficult times.
