Selama malang melintang di dunia musik, Utha telah sempat menyabet berbagai prestasi. Tahun 1989, dia mendapat penghargaan Penampilan terbaik kedua pada ASEAN Pop Song Festival 1989 di Manila. Lagu Sesaat Kau Hadir karya cipta Budi Bachtiar dan Aldino menjadi lagu terbaik pertama di Festival tersebut. Saat ini lagu Sesaat Kau Hadir dipopulerkan oleh penyanyi Philipina Ronnie Liang dengan judul Gusto Kita.
Prestasi lain yang diraih Utha adalah Juara 2 Asia Pacific Singing Contest di Hongkong (1989) dan Juara 2 Asia Pacific Broadcasting Union/ABU Golden Kite World Song Festival di Kuala Lumpur (1990). Saat itu dirinya berduet bersama Trie Utami dengan lagu Mungkinkah Terjadi karya cipta Jorgy Thito
Pada tanggal 21 Juni 2006, Utha dan penyanyi Jazz lainnya mengadakan konser di Kediri, Jawa Timur, untuk membantu para korban gempa di Yogyakarta dan Jawa Tengah.
