Galaxy
V.A. Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴

SILENT GALAXY
HAPPINESS TO TEARS

SILENT GALAXY
SCREAMING IN SILENCE

I love you, my dear...
and I should say goodbye
HAPPINESS TO TEARS

SILENT GALAXY

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of V.A.'s song "Galaxy" evoke a sense of introspection and contemplation of cosmic themes. The opening lines paint a picture of distant stars burning out in the vast expanse of space, transcending endless time to shine in the night sky. The image of a solitary, shimmering blue star at the singer's feet represents a sense of insignificance and the constant journey and collision of emotions as life continues. The repetition of movement despite wearing down the heart reflects a relentless pursuit of truth and meaning amidst a world where even the concept of right and wrong has lost significance.

The mention of a "SILENT GALAXY" and the metaphor of shooting stars racing past at great speed alludes to fleeting moments of joy and sorrow in life. The juxtaposition of "HAPPINESS TO TEARS" encapsulates the duality of emotions experienced in the fleeting nature of existence. The imagery of a life that seems to burn out quickly, with an accelerating end that is both daunting and beloved, speaks to the intensity and beauty found in impermanence.

The lyrics shift to a journey through the future, entrusting one's path to the constellations and the guidance of the moon, allowing oneself to be carried away by the vastness of the universe. The choice to stop traveling and finding solace in unchanging landscapes invokes a sense of nostalgia and simplicity in contrast to the turbulence of emotions. The phrase "SILENT GALAXY" on the moon's dark side, where the singer and others have descended, continues the theme of silent screams and buried emotions that are yearning for expression, even as hopes for tomorrow seem out of reach.

The conclusion of the song brings a tender declaration of love and a bittersweet farewell, as the fleeting nature of life is once again emphasized. The juxtaposition of "HAPPINESS TO TEARS" and the potential for deep connection and love being both distant and cherished highlights the complexity of human experiences. The final mention of the "SILENT GALAXY" and shooting stars at meteoric speed encapsulates the transience and beauty of existence in the vast expanse of the universe, leaving a heartfelt and poignant impression on the listener.

I think it's the opposite way round.

1-FE phones are not bought at the price or time when released. They are bought eventually 6-8 months later over online sales.

2-Its heavily eating the share of A50s/70s when at sale

3-The basic model of the premium S series also gets affected since everyone prefers FE over the basic.

All in all, although it sells, it harms 2-3 major models of the company.
Lastly one of the major selling feature of s20fe was snapdragon processors which got replaced in S21FE+poor battery life

Future of FE looks bleak

It’s great to see the 5 pillars make a come back, I remember when it used to be the baseline for the “perfect” phone and now a midrange is basically nailing all the criteria for a “perfect” phone

A5 2016 perfect phone

A series would be amazing to buy if last generations S series didn't exist, S21 fe is going for cheaper than A 54 everywhere rn, and in good conscience, I cannot recommend anyone to buy a inferior phone. Android phones generally have a very mediocre processor, it's not as obvious when the device is new but after a year mid range android start to stutter nd suffer. Buying last year's high end is still always a better bet for smoother experience.

i'm still using my a5 2017 and it's still very good
except the battery

@Esdril i had it until a couple months ago and I had nothing bad to say about it! It had slowed down a bit, but not too much and even the battery held an entire day without any problem.

It'd be interesting to see how A54 (which is quite obviously a good phone) stacks up against some of the older flagship phones, like S21/S22 Ultra.

In my country the A54 and Oppo Find X5 has very similar prices but the Oppo is better in pretty much every way besides being a year older and Bluetooth 5.3 instead of 5.2 so I went with the Find X5 and no regrets after a month of use. I just really like wireless charging too so the A54 wasn't really that appealing.

I have a Note 10 Plus with an Exynos 9825.
I'm getting 1046 on single core and 2500 flat on the multi core score.

That A54 is slightly worse in single core but better in multicore by like 200 points.
So I'd say these are more or less the same phone by now, only that I paid 1100€ for my Note back when it launched.

That is very.... hmm... let's me think for a bit.

@Valentin Vas yup but the problem is that you wont use it that much. Also wireless charging destroys your phone battery. I got iPhone 13 Pro and I dont use wireless charging, even magsafe neither tbh.
