He's not paying them to be on the show. He's paying them based on how good of a performance they give. Its a technical difference, and that's why benzino didn't get paid up front and got impatient. You get paid after the fact based on how many views you get, which is dependent on how well you answer the questions and how the audience perceives it. You're not getting paid just to be there. He doesn't say hey, I'll give you $xxxx to be on my show, he says , hey come on my show, If it does good I'll give you some money. See the difference? Paying flat out for an interview is a bad deal because they could just ignore the question, go off on tangents and just genuinely care about the interview. That's what keeps vlads interviews genuine and good. They give good performances, because that's the only way they get paid.

He has said in the past that you cannot pay to be on VladTV but we have seen that come out as false as well and verified. Headline should be that GLadTV was late giving Benzino money for an interview that probably already aired & GLad already was collecting money from, and Benzino tooks steps to enforce that payment. Not about the payment person being a woman ... she was the advocate for that issue. If you don't want her in that position 1) you should pay people on time 2) you shouldn't have a woman advocate if you're gonna make it into a gender issue when someone has a grievance
