Bajo esta formación se graban los discos "Sala Uno" y el split "No es Nada Nuevo que los chicos consuman Valium" junto a la banda Nada Nuevo. Ambos discos editados por su propio sello Audioslam Records en el año 2008. En mayo de 2010 Oscar se retira de la banda, entrando Erwin Werb en la batería.
Con esta nueva formación, Valium participa en el primer compilado de Audioslam "Ensalada #1", en el compilado "Santiago Best Dancers" de Mixtape Lovers y finalmente en Febrero de 2012 lanzan su primer disco de larga duración titulado "In-Descente", con 16 canciones llenas de energía. A su vez, con la salida del disco se embarcan en su primera gira fuera del país, visitando 4 ciudades de Argentina y la ciudad de Concepcion junto a Intenta Detenerme.
También en el 2012 participan con un cover a Descendents para el disco "THANK YOU: Un Homenaje a Descendents".
En Agosto del 2012 la banda realiza una gira al sur de Chile, junto a Capitan Morgan.
Durante el año 2013, la banda ha participado en shows tanto nacionales como internacionales, destacandose su participación en el Jump Festival. En donde compartieron espectáculo junto a leyendas de los deportes extremos como Tony Hawk, Matt Hoffman, entre otros.
