The term Various Artists is used in the record industry when numerous singers and musicians collaborate on a song or collection of songs. Most often on Last.fm, compilation album tracks appear under the name of Various Artists erroneously because the individual artist is not listed in the album's ID3 information.
Compilation albums, for example.
Sometimes, single releases may be credited to Various Artists when their profits are going to charity and, usually in high-profile cases, are sometimes known by a group name. Examples include Band Aid with their releases of Do They Know It's Christmas? and USA for Africa with We Are The World.
Various Artists is also an actual performance name for Torsten Pröfrock, who runs the German DIN label. Torsten performs also as Dynamo, Erosion, Resilent, Traktor besides some others. He's a good friend of Robert Henke and since the Fall of 2004, he is a member of Monolake.
Various Artists was also a short-lived Bristol punk band formed by brothers Jonjo and Robin Key (originally from Birmingham). Other members were also simultaneously in Art Objects who went on to become The Blue Aeroplanes, the latter the Key brothers also co-wrote some songs and were involved in. When Various Artists imploded, the Key brothers went on to form Either / Or.
Various Artists also appear on tracks from musical theater soundtracks, due to the nature of having many cast members on one song, as well as an ensemble in some cases.

As a lyrics interpreter, it is difficult to provide a clear meaning to the above-mentioned lyrics because they do not contain any coherent sentences or narratives. It appears to be a repetition of a name, John, along with the word "replay." The lyrics might be suggesting that John is replaying something in his mind, or the word "replay" could mean a repeated action or situation. Furthermore, the "ah ah ah" and "uh" sounds add an element of rhythm that may serve as a way to capture the listener's attention.
One interpretation could be that John is stuck in a loop of some kind and is struggling to break free from it. The repetition of "John the replay" could represent the monotony of his life or a particular thought, action, or habit that he cannot seem to escape. The song could also be touching on themes of nostalgia and regret, as replaying certain memories or moments might be the only way for John to relive them in his mind.

Ooh I, took another risk
Looking for a high and I let him get a hit
Now, he, wants an Indian summer
Ooh I, love to make it drip
No vanilla skies when I kiss him on the lips
Now, he, wants an Indian summer
Paradox
Henna on my hands and whiskey on the rocks
Baby stay right where I put you
I've been reading kamasutra
If you want to
You can make me wet just like the monsoon
Tell me everything you gonna do
Run your fingers on my tattoos
Let him feel the hot sun, bet he need ice
Yeah he love my passion, yeah he wants spice
Brown cinnamon cause he love my brown eyes
Gave it to him once now he wanna hit twice
Ooh I, took another risk
Looking for a high and I let him get a hit
Now, he, wants an Indian summer
Ooh I, love to make it drip
No vanilla skies when I kiss him on the lips
Now, he, wants an Indian summer
Flows too tight for the chill beats
I'm too fly for the feelsies
He's like fire to the cool breeze
Lose my mind for the six feet
Cause you can't beat
The way he grind on my backseat
Up and down till I can't breathe
Pass out when he kiss me
Lose track of time when it's in me (waoh)
I'm supposed to be a lady
They say I'm going crazy
Guess it messed my head up when people were calling me Miss Shady
Just shut your mouth embrace me
Or I'll go Patrick Swayze
I'm either Heaven sent or I've been sent from Hades
Caught from top not in the plot I'm gonna rot
My body's in Hell now
Angels of God making a mark looking at me ten feet when I fell down
If you want our innocence don't flood our screens with all this shit
You can never tell a brown baddie when it's time to quit
Ooh I, took another risk
Looking for a high and I let him get a hit
Now, he, wants an Indian summer
Ooh I, love to make it drip
No vanilla skies when I kiss him on the lips
Now, he, wants an Indian summer
