Mignogna also auditioned for the role of Orochimaru on Naruto, however he lost the part to his best friend Steven Blum. It should be noted that the producers originally wanted him to play the part but Viz Media rejected him.
Mignogna is also one of the most featured voice-over actors on Youtube with over 200 videos featuring either him, his songs or another aspect of himself. Mignogna also appeared on Star Search in 1993 singing a song called "Worth Waiting For".
