Paz is known for his raw and gritty lyrical delivery. His lyrics frequently contain references to religion, war, politics, mythology, conspiracy theories, and the paranormal. His more recent albums such as Servants in Heaven, Kings in Hell show a more obvious approach to politics and world issues. This gritty style of Paz became apparent with the release of Violent by Design, and has become progressively more defined since its release.
Raised Catholic, Paz is now a Muslim, which plays a major role in much of his lyrics, often controversially, as on "Heavenly Divine", where he rapped "I'm with Allah 'cause he chose me, I broke into the Vatican, strangled The Pope with his rosary." Paz is also a heavy metal fan, and occasionally uses song titles and band names in JMT tracks and lyrics.
Paz has a number of aliases, such as: "Ikon the Verbal Hologram", "Louie Doggs", "Boxcutter Pazzy", "Pack Pistol Pazzy", "Hologram", "Paz", "Vinnie P", "The Pazmanian Devil", Odrama Vin Laden", "Ikon the Python", and "Pazienza".

I'm cut from a different cloth!
Y'know what I'm sayin' I'm cut from a
Different cloth than y'all mafuckas!
(ta ta ta ta ta ta ta) y'know mean?
Papo Andy foreva! Yeah, come on
Yeah
I will violate a motherfucker, personal space
This a CarboTech
Come with a submersible case
At the sound of the demon bell, merciful fate
All we do is rock low symbols
Turbans and weight i watch Musa be a father
Give a sermon to Leif
This a cloak and dagger operation
Turn to the safe have his physical return to
An invertible place
First and foremost is my ahki
Playin' with ya life
Rollin' dice like Monopoly
Brothers overseas givin' Dawah
Talkin' cocky don't ask me 'bout nobody
My relationships is Rocky
I scribe thoughts pa
I'm like Miguel de Unamuno
Catch ya homie walk away like Claus Von Bulow
It's an undefeated record, ahki
Look at the stats
You was broke down ass betting
Look at the facts, stupid
Trigger pon cocked, that's a headshot
It's fiends out here, Zombieland
That's a dead fly you better fly away
You better get away Get away nigga
Trigger pon cocked, that's a headshot
It's fiends out here, ahki that's a dead fly
You better fly awa-a-a ayy
You better get awa-a-a ayy Get away nigga
When Paz is done with your body
He sends ‘em to Vas to rock ‘em
Freak form box ‘em
This ain't a Christmas stocking
It's the Last Mohican that keeps
The burner in his Moccasin
Smoke signals, we got loud
Gunner air mysterious, beyond clouds
Never seen before but once I reveal myself
It'll start the Secret War
The mind trick of cannibal, I'm like Hannibal
Having dinner with the doctor at the festival
At the end of the movie
Tell the cops it wasn't me
I was chillin' with Suzy
It's Vast Aire, the Sith Lord
I won't hesitate to pinch your wind cord
Everybody's wondering like how
New Millennium, blowing up like Lando
Trigger pon cocked, that's a headshot
It's fiends out here, Zombieland
That's a dead fly you better fly away
You better get away Get away nigga
Trigger pon cocked, that's a headshot
It's fiends out here, ahki that's a dead fly
You better fly awa-a-a ayy
You better get awa-a-a ayy Get away nigga
I remember I was broke
Scramblin' so I could smoke no joke
I was livin' like an addict sniffin' dope
In the attic doing coke with
A addict gettin' throat
Like a savage, but I'm not an savage
Nigga I'm the GOAT
Yes the greatest, you the fakest
It's sad the shit I wrote
Could have dropped a thousand albums, Scott
They glad I never spoke
But I'm speakin' now
And I'm spittin' ether now
Catch you like I catch a dutch
Smoke you like the reefer now
Pussy ass niggas in the game
Like it's Easter now i'm in all black
Weapon on me like the Reaper now
I ain't come to sell my soul
I kept it like a prenup
Bitch you sold your soul now
You tryna get a refund
Hey Mr critic you created a monster
In my head i'm a double entendre, am I dead?
Please let me know 'cause I'm
Feelin' like a ghost
They can't see me like Stevie but
They feelin' what I wrote
Trigger pon cocked, that's a headshot
It's fiends out here, Zombieland
That's a dead fly you better fly away
You better get away Get away nigga
Trigger pon cocked, that's a headshot
It's fiends out here, ahki that's a dead fly
You better fly awa-a-a ayy
You better get awa-a-a ayy Get away nigga
The lyrics to Vinnie Paz's song "Doomsday Machine" reflect his unique identity and mindset as an artist. He starts off by emphasizing that he is different from others, suggesting that he is cut from a different cloth. He warns others to learn from their mistakes and not invade his personal space, presenting himself as a force to be reckoned with. The reference to CarboTech and a submersible case implies an element of secrecy and danger in his operations.
Paz then delves into his beliefs and religious background, mentioning symbols, turbans, and weight, possibly alluding to his connection with Islam. He talks about giving sermons while also engaging in clandestine activities, like a cloak and dagger operation. He asserts his dominance and knowledge, comparing his thoughts to those of Miguel de Unamuno, a Spanish philosopher known for his existential writings.
The theme of power and dominance continues as Paz references undefeated records and success, contrasting it with the failures of others who may have underestimated him. He warns those who oppose him that his trigger is cocked, symbolizing his readiness to strike with a metaphorical headshot. He compares the world around him to a Zombieland, implying the presence of dangerous situations and people.
Paz then shifts to discussing his collaborations and relationships within the industry. He mentions Vas who rocks bodies after he's done with them and the Last Mohican who carries a burner in his moccasin. These references signify his association with formidable individuals who share his mindset. He presents himself as a mysterious figure who reveals himself and initiates a "Secret War" when necessary.
The lyrics take a personal turn as Paz recalls his past struggles, including being broke and engaging in destructive behaviors. He acknowledges his past addiction and claims to have overcome it, establishing himself as the greatest (the GOAT). He addresses his critics and expresses his frustration with the music industry, implying that his talent and honesty were not always appreciated.
In conclusion, "Doomsday Machine" showcases Vinnie Paz's confidence, resilience, and unapologetic approach to his craft. He presents himself as an individual with a unique perspective and warns others not to underestimate him or invade his personal space.
