Think
Void/Faith Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Do you think I'm crazy falling in love over and over?
Do you think I'm stupid falling in love over and over?
I am falling
And I think I'm crazy
Do you think it's crazy fooling around over and over?
Do you think it's stupid lying to me over and over?
I'm not buying
And I think you're crazy
Don't you say you're sorry for breaking my heart over and over
Don't you call me baby

This ain't love
This is over

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of "Think" by Void/Faith paint a picture of a person who is constantly falling in love repeatedly, even though they know it might be foolish. The singer questions the sanity and intelligence behind such actions, indicating that they are aware of the risks of falling in love, yet they continue to do so anyway. This behavior is potentially self-destructive and can lead to heartbreak. The lyrics suggest that the singer is aware of the irrationality of their actions, yet they are unable to prevent falling for someone repeatedly.

The lines "Don't you say you're sorry for breaking my heart over and over / Don't you call me baby / This ain't love / This is over" indicate that the singer has reached a breaking point. They are tired of being hurt and taken for granted repeatedly. The use of repetition underscores the emotional torment the singer feels, and the clear finality in the last line signifies that the relationship is irreparable. Overall, the song's lyrics depict the cyclical nature of love and heartbreak and the inner conflict that accompanies it.

The thoughts in my head have begun to fragment
I know what I want and I take what I need
I'm gonna make their society bleed
I confront what crosses my path
Demolished thoughts in the aftermath
I don't look back to see the remains

It's just another one of their games

Holy shit that's really good

Faith side has a lot of emotional depth that builds throughout the tracks, along with an enjoyable sound that keeps you listening. Then Void comes in, says fuck that, runs you over, screams into your ear, trips over itself, stomps on your body, all while maniacally playing their instruments like the world is ending in 15 minutes.

@jmjones7897

It was ending , and it did.
Still here.
