Vostok-1 is a french/disco house band from Guadalajara, Spain formed by Ignacio R. Vostok-1 was the first human spaceflight, carried by the Soviet Union in 1961, reaching the first human into outer space as well as the first orbital flight of a manned vehicle with the cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin.

The musical project of Vostok-1 tries to make some filtered house music, focusing on 80s samples and sounds, as well as house rhythms without forgetting to include some distinctive elements.
