The pain is so intense that I am unable to express it outwardly and it is all internalized.

I am precariously balancing between two extreme states.

I am treading carefully and cautiously to avoid falling or slipping into an undesirable situation.

Although I am apprehensive, I will keep going and face my fears.

A killer's listening to horrors in my head
My pain is so intense that it drives me to madness and the thought of causing harm to others.

He's bleeding, sliding on the razor's edge
The killer is also teetering on the edge of dangerous thoughts and actions, just like me.

Through my eyes he watches me
The killer is taking cues from me, and looking to me for guidance.

He lies inside watching me
The killer has not revealed himself yet and is silently stalking me.

There's a red noise deep inside my head
The noise in my head is like a scream or an alarm that is difficult to ignore.

An obscure noise and the smell of slow death
The sound and smell are both totally unpalatable and difficult to endure.

If there's a hell then I'll be there
If there is a place of eternal torment or punishment, I will be its resident because of the pain and morbidity in my head.

I am god, obscene death
I enjoy the power of both good and evil equally, and cannot be tamed or controlled.

I'm the worm on razor's edge
Like the worm, I am delicate and could be severed if not careful.

All pigs die, kill, fuck, die
Death is inevitable for everyone, and we should make the most of our time here on earth.

I am hell, godless me
I am merciless and believe in my own absolute power even if it means being without a higher authority.

I am pagan idolatry
I worship power and control over everything else, even above human values.

Kneel before the horror
I am the embodiment of terror, power and awe, and others should kneel before me.

I crave absolute power and will even offer myself as a means to it. I know that this is a part of my inner darkness, but I am unable to control it.
