Hey Richard, thank you so much for all your tutorial. They are fantastic.

I had an interview on Tuesday November 29th , used your script during the interview, it went like a conversation. They smiled a lot, we talked about football, they asked me about parents, asked why I moved to this city. They were impressed by my communication skills in English, asked where did you learn it. (strong communication skill was a main criteria in job description) . They were interested in my visa expiration date.

The most interesting thing is, one of the interviewer expressed regards and thanks to my family who helped me to grow.

It's 4th of December, still didn't get any call or email, a bit nervous about it, but I believe I am likely to be chosen.

Do you think, is there still a hope?

i had short interviews also because it was obvious that it was me 😊 i had a 3 hr long zoom interview with a huge time waster showing ALL these positive signs for me as manager of a music school . Later i had to travel from Salzburg to Munich for a 40 minutes conversation that drove me nuts. Rejection 2 days later. I sent him the bill to pay expense, he also rejected it

My positive experiences are ALWAYS with cold initiatives , mostly personally.

The cold approach works when you are in emergency or , and, are sure that it is DUMB to not hire you, because you can show mathematically that you are useful, and the team won’t find another you so soon with such LOW EFFORT

I applied for an Admin/Receptionist in the NHS and had an interview today.

The hiring manager said she was impressed with me and with my questions at the end and she was smiling a lot on the interview. She also asked me as part of the questions what shift times are best for me and how flexible for me.

Me and the manager did have a laugh as well, she seemed really happy interviewing me!

Shes only got me and another candidate so far, the closing date is the 31st July.

Only mistake I made was I forgot to mention my hobbies and interests, as well as accidentally forgetting what places I have had experience in, but my job coach pointed it out.

I had reasonable adjustments so things were made easier.

How likely do you think I'll get the job? 🙂

Hi I’m 18 and last week I applied for an apprenticeship and I’m really anxious for the results. I got compliments in the interview like “ Are you really 18”, “your saying all the right things” and after the interview one of the interviewer walked me out and said I did really well. The interview was said to be 40 minutes long but it lasted an hour which I think is good. Also I got an email yesterday saying that they have a lot of high quality candidates so they are still yet to make a final decision and that I would be contacted shortly. But Yh I’m just really nervous as this apprenticeship would be perfect for me! What do you think ?

Thanks for this video Richard! I think it went well. I will find out by Tuesday (earlier if they can) Director said he could certainly see that I would be suitable and both him and the HR manager discussed how I also have some great transferable skills which they said gives some real added value! Hit them with two questions at the end when asked and the director answered it fully and asked me if he had answered it in enough detail... Director said that the question really made him stop and think and they both said the questions were great. They sold the job to me. I'm hopeful and it will all be thanks to you Richard. The difference in my interview skills in a week after binge watching has been phenomenal. Thanks again ❤️

This might sound like an oxymoron but my last job interview went very well even though I didn't pass! Firstly the interviewer said I was most 'employable' but was unlucky that there were 5 other really good candidates interviewed. There was less than one point difference between the 5 candidates. The Interviewer gave me brilliant feedback on 'minor' things I could have done/said differently to bring my eventual score up by the one point needed and my proudest boast was that my actual application form was ' Practically perfect. From recollection, you scored 39/40 points so it really doesn’t get any better than that from our perspective'!!!

Hi Richard! I had an interview today as an operations planner position for a norwegian oil company. Before the interview, I wrote down and rehearsed a lot of your interview questions. The interview went great, and there were 3 managers from the company attending. We chatted for about 1,5 hours, and I checked out almost every good sign, except they did not introduce me to their team and did not ask me about holidays. But they all told me it was a great interview, and they told me I did very well. I was very nervous about the interview before finding your channel, and I am now a subscriber. I had a 7 of the 8 signs yesterday in my interview except the salary expectation question but I made it a point in the phone interview. But I’m still nervous. The interview was scheduled for a hour but it lasted almost two hours and I arrived early and the interview got the interview started early as well

At the end of my interview today the manager asked me : do you have any questions ?" I ask him questions you mentioned in your videos and was told I had excellent questions .. especially the one : how would my success be measured? .. he loved that question. thank you. i got most of these signs and i got the job. i had a good time speaking with the Sales Manager of the store that i interviewed for. we spent a long time talking about our lives. he also offered me a lesson on the spot when i told him that I don't know how to do something. it was a really conversational interview and we both have a good and genuine laugh about our lives.

he answered in details when i asked him how's the work environment there. and he jokingly told me to not ask about salary and that he read my mind lol. he was a pretty funny guy and i thought that I'd like to work for and with him. I'm glad that he thought the same and called me immediately the day after for the job offer. ofc, the offer was good so i accepted. but i felt like i would've still accepted even though i have to compromise just because he's an amazing person

Had an interview one week ago. At the end I was asked how much I was paid to my last job, he introduced me their team, told me about what they do, their projects, how do they want me to be when I get hired, he explained to me the roles I'll be performing, asked me if I'm conformable traveling in different part , the distance from where I leave toward their office, my availability. And he told his mate that he is impressed with my CV and asked if any one had the question everyone said their ok with me and finally he said they will contact me. Are those good signs that I will get the job?

yesterday i did a job interview and there were many signs that you mentioned. I wasnt interviewed by HR or the hiring manager but the Operations Manager directly. she was 10 mins late but we went the entire 30 minutes. It definitely felt conversational and she was smiling and saying words like "good" throughout. at the end when it was my turn to ask questions, she was very detailed with what i would be doing day to day (working with her). When I asked her based on my current experience where does she see I can contribute the most if hired, she explicitly mentioned my experience in logistics and admitted that it exceeds hers. That actually surprised me. she also did ask when was the earliest i can start (i said 1-2 weeks) and desired pay, the job posting listed $52K but i gave a range of $50k-60k so to not sell myself short. As I was leaving, she gave me a quick tour of the facility and asked me to send her my direct supervisors phone number on Indeed.

Do you think these are very good signs, even though she didnt say when she would get back to me? I did send a thank you/follow up email after including my supervisors number. I dont want to overthink this or get my hopes up either. Having said that, i hate to admit but this would be a big change for me since it would double my pay essentially and have benefits.

I had an interview a couple of days ago. I was never asked about salary expectations. But the interview took an hour. Every time they would ask me a question, he would share what they normally do in the workplace. We even had a good laugh. I got asked about my notice period. He even talked about a normal day in the office. They were very approachable, and they even fit me in, as I was not available on the times they had arranged. What can you advise here. I only have just over a year of experience in IT

The interview was on Friday, and they told me I would find out this week about their answer. I'm a bit nervous. It was the 1st interview ever that I was not nervous, and we even had a casual chat regarding our own typical issues, like we both agreed 80% of the issues getting resolved by turning the machine off and on again. When they asked me to give them one example, I actually gave them a couple of different examples. I'm not sure I will fail it because of not answering 'exactly'. But they made me feel very relaxed and not rushing on the questions. When I asked about progression career opportunities, they said they could support me wherever my ambition took me. I am not sure if my question was right at this time.

Had a interview on Tuesday 10/03 and it went really well. We actually went 5 min over the interview. He showed me around the office briefly before the interview. After the interview he said I should hear something back no later then Monday because he still had interviews to do up until Friday. Should I feel discouraged because he said he has other interviews to do? He seem to really like me and gave most of the signs you said in the video.

Hi. I attended a panel interview last week. After the interview , the interviewer said that they would let me know whether I made it or not by the 1st of December and that the training starts on the 1st of January.

Hi Richard, I just have interview with hr manager and another person, the hr was positive the other one not too much.... At the end hr asked me about salary expectations and gave me the benifits of the job, health insurance and allowance... But it was a short interview about 25 min... I dont know if it did go well what do you think? 😢

I interviewed a week ago today. They said they would make a decision early this week(it’s now Wednesday), and still no word. They asked me availability to start, showed me around real quick, informally introduced me to someone sitting near by.. As stated above, it has been a week since interviewing so I called and had to leave a vmail for the HR manager who was in on the interview with me and a three other upper mgmt folks. I called and left the vmail a lil over an hour ago with no response yet. Should I move on?

What about other facial language? I just had one interview today and the interviewer seemed bit confused and less interested from her facial expressions? Although they always ask about notice periods, salary expectations and even laugh sometimes and then the next day they send you rejection email!

Also could you also tell us why the HRs ghost you? At one hand they discuss share all the salary and fringe benefits, create a candidate profile and then all of a sudden stop responding!!

I have been using your interview tips for a while now and I can really see positive outcome from it. Although I have not been selected yet, your answer ideas have really helped so fat. So thank you very much for creating all these vids.💌

Today, I've had an interview that lasted 5 minutes. The interviewers were nervous, kept telling me positive things about my resume, yet unable to move on with most questions. What the hell does that mean? My interviews usually last around 40 minutes. I think they were just waisting my time. Btw, this was for an important healthcare role.
