1) Wide (Italy)
The band was formed in 2001 after an online meeting between Antonio Rafaschieri and Gianni Pollex. For about three years the sound of the band was very much based on the unrestrained sounds of the British invasion starting with the Beatles, passing through Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin and arriving at the more recent U2, Oasis and Coldplay. Afterwards, with the arrival of the drummer Beppe Garavelli, the bass player Giorgio Cutrignelli and the guitarist Bepy Capasso, the sound scene changed and headed towards an easier musicality, tending more towards an Italian style pop-rock in the wake of artists who have left their mark such as Lucio Battisti, Vasco Rossi, Ligabue. In their own words, “Our aim is to write great songs, catchy tunes, sometimes thoughtful other times danceable, imprinting in the listener’s heart touching choruses which are easy to sing along to. Forced ‘marketability’ with hidden intentions is never a good thing; nonetheless the masses, for good or for bad, are always right and the audience is the only real judge and critic! We make no attempt to hide our aspirations to give life to magnificent concerts for people of every age.”

2) Wide is a Funk/Pop-band from the heart of Uppsala, Sweden. Members include: Filip Åhlman, Jakob Dalnert, Jon Eriksson, Per Wickström and Daniel Söderbäck.
When they do greater gigs some of their friends join them up at the stage, usually a horn-section consisting of three people.
They've recorded a demo called "Sessions" which contains their greatest hits so far; "Alla Vet" and "Saker som Sker".
In Fall 2006 they will take a time-out whilst one/some of the members are destined to do other stuff in various environments.
They will NOT play at "Fett me kärlek" this year, maybe later. They also love that dude, Fredric Nilsson.

I am fairly certain this child grows to be the character in shadow collecting vials in hatena city. They have the same cowlick and for a frame after they’re decapitated, their colors are inverted and resemble them.
Having half the face lit up is also similar to the face of the Time Machine, and while it might just be a coincidence for this video (seeing as how the lighting of the head being held by the hands makes sense to be coming from above), I can’t say the same for the staff member when they first ‘awaken’. The sides are switched, however: the empty socket of the staff member is the side lit up, whereas the machine’s broken eye is the dark side.
If I had to guess, assuming the staff member shot his eye out to collect the memories within (probably in reference to people ‘viewing’ flipnotes), the missing eye, as well as the machines wide open eye, are symbolic of seeing the past in a ‘positive light’, as juxtaposed to a ‘bright future’, which in this case, is the exact opposite.
The child’s sockets are empty as seen when he’s decapitated, and makes me think fuzz manipulated them into gouging them out to get at their memories. Perhaps having so many memories of flipnote helped them manifest into a digital state in hatena city (if it even is all digital).
I believe in the present, the shadowed figure has realized the error of his ways and is now working against fuzz on the inside. If he really just wanted to collect memory, I don’t think he’d be giving one to random stick figure. Maybe he’s working to gather an army of flipnote characters, who literally can’t die as long as the vials containing memories of them are intact.
