Willy is impossible to classify in a single tag or style. The sound he makes isn't Rock, R & B, Hip Hop or Funk, but a mixture of all marked by the idea of making music from punk energy with less than three minutes. "It's like the Rock & Roll had been frozen before the Beatles discovered the acid, and was found by a producer of Hip Hop, 45 years later," this is more than just a definition Moon to know about their sound.
Recently, the boy fell into the graces of Third Man Records, and consequently, the kingpin Jack White and already joined the label's catalog. Although follow very different styles, there is much in common between the two - the 50's vibe and pre-Rock is the most noticeable. The musicians share many references, such as withdrawals of dusty discs of the '20s and '30s and especially the Rock American previous to the 60. Be current and retro at the same time is something that dominates the double well.
With a few songs released (five to be exact), Willy can already be considered a hype this year. The boy has appeared in several foreign publications and was elected as one of the "Faces of 2012" by Q Magazine as well as appearing on BBC Radio 1 as the single Yeah Yeah. Also for 2012, Moon has promised a full CD, hopefully with Jack White behind the sound desk and in producing this prodigy.
Learn to make a good debut single makes all the difference Willy Moon and took very well this unique opportunity, generating a great curiosity in those who watch the video. The other singles released not far behind, which only increases the expectation to hear an album full of the boy, even more when Jack White is involved.

I Put A Spell On You
Willy Moon Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
'Cause you're mine
Stop the things you do
I ain't lyin'
Yeah, I can't stand
Whoa, no runnin' around
No puttin' me down
I put a spell on you
Because you're mine
Stop the things you do
I ain't lyin'
Oh, no
I love you
I love you
I love you, anyhow
I don't care if you don't want me
I'm yours, right now
I put a spell on you
Because you're mine
Willy Moon's interpretation of the classic Screamin' Jay Hawkins song "I Put A Spell On You" is quite different from the original, yet still captivating. The song begins with the simple but powerful statement, "I put a spell on you, 'cause you're mine." The singer here is telling their lover that they have entranced them, and that their devotion to them is almost supernatural. The repetition of "because you're mine" emphasizes this possessive feeling, hinting at a potentially unhealthy relationship.
The second verse contains a warning for the lover to stop their problematic behavior, and highlights the singer's vulnerability when they say "no putting me down." It is clear that their love and enchantment for this person has left them feeling exposed and they do not wish to be hurt.
In the final verse, the singer declares their love once again, despite their lover's possible rejection of them. The line "I'm yours, right now" suggests that the singer is willing to do anything to keep this person in their life, whether they reciprocate the feeling or not. The eerie, almost foreboding tone of the song enhances the sense of a spell being cast, and creates a haunting and captivating atmosphere.

Sarah Conner
He and his hairy little girlfriend ruined their careers by being so jealous because they knew that they were going to lose the X-factor competition to a sweet boy who sings better than he does in the same style that he does. And they were jealous because he wasn't on their team. If he had been on their team, they would have claimed his success as their own, and if they wouldn't had been so rude to him, they could have joined up as a team and sang beautifully together, but I highly doubt that bridge will ever be mended, but if it were, those two men together could be an amazing musical duo. And besides all the fuss she made about originality. Her boyfriend isn't original at all. He looks exactly like and dresses exactly like any lounge singer that ever performed. A cheap suit and a necktie. It's not her boyfriends own personal style. He didn't start that look and he has no originality. He's a copycat. So I really don't know what she was fussing about, other than being a sore loser....loser being the key word here. But get some popcorn and Google it. It's quite a show.
