I found the newspaper article from this recording. It was recorded in 1991 at Chester High School. A unique fact is that this song was originally supposed to be recorded on the He's Preparing Me album, but Rev. Davis chose that song for title track. Daryl Coley would have been the soloist for this song. Lecresia did an excellent and anointed job. I am blessed to own this rare VHS tape.

I had never heard this song before and I was out of town when I got a call that my husband & daughter had died so I had to get on a plane in a hurry (even if I had to watch YouTube to learn how to fly the plane myself). It seemed like I wasn't going to make it, my heart & soul hurt in a way I still can't explain. I wasn't carrying on and the man sitting beside me was trying to make small talk and honestly I have no idea what he was talking about, he asked me if he could be nosey and I said sir, I'm sorry I just can't talk right now he asked what happened but I couldn't get it out. He took his ipod out and said I want you to listen to a song because something tells me you need it, it was this song. Every word in this song is what i was feeling and I broke down. I told him what had happened and he prayed over, with & for me. I listen to this song any time I'm going through and send it others going through. Thanks so much for sharing!!!! Imagine what that heavenly choir up there sounds like with so many talented voices we all miss hearing.
