Cornwall based Tim Ingham grew up in the Thames Valley where his most notable musical achievement was standing next to Slowdive at a Chapterhouse gig at the Old Trout in Windsor. Having rediscovered music making a few years ago he has since released two singles for London based Years Without Art, an album (as alter ego Lightsway) for Distant Noise and remixed notable contemporaries including Oppressed by the Line, Kontakte and port-royal.
This brought him to the attention of US label n5md for whom he is currently working on his first album for them which will be released next year.
Joined live by additional member Jamie, guitars and keyboards melt together in a haze of delay, distortion and reverb soaked melodies which have been described as "...like Air playing krautrock".

I listened to Zvenya for the first time while studying for a test in college, then it followed me on my trip through Europe. Now a couple of years since I first enjoyed this track I listen to it to feel back home. I'm here thanks to port-royal and not only because of your collaboration: I watched an old interview (2009) where they suggested to listen to your music: I've done it and I'm surprised. I hear in your music a beautiful mix of port-royal themselves, Ulrich Schnauss, Brian Eno and Slowdive too.
I analized some of your tracks and I think there is a huge meaning on the background of all these, starting from their names: the contradictory nature of "Awake and Sleeping" or "Alone Together" is totally expressed in the happines-sadness that resounds in all the music. Also Natvardsgasterna is a beautiful name, especially combined with your stagename: Bergman would be glad to listen to it!
