Vertigo coming
Falling me down
lying me in bed

I want to sleep for the whole year
I want to sleep for the whole year
I want to sleep for the whole year
for the whole year
for the whole year
for the whole year
The eyes are suffering
the head is burning
the eyes are suffering
falling me down
lying me in bed
lying me in bed
Body is shivering
body is shivering
body is shivering
body is shivering
the head is burning
the eyes are suffering
the body shivers, shivers, shivers
I want to sleep for the whole year
I want to sleep for the whole year
I want to sleep for the whole year
for the whole year
for the whole year
I want to sleep for the whole year
I want to sleep for the whole year
I want to sleep for the whole year
for the whole year
for the whole year
I see shadows
I see shadows
I see shadows
I see shadows
I see shadows
The lyrics of X-Dog's song "Vertigo" describe the experience of someone who is feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. The repetition of "Vertigo is coming" creates a sense of anticipation and unease, suggesting that the singer is about to enter a state of disorientation and confusion. The subsequent lines convey a feeling of physical and mental collapse, with the singer repeatedly falling down and being confined to their bed. The lyrics emphasize how their body and mind are suffering, as their eyes are suffering, their head is burning, and their body is shivering.
The repetition of the phrase "I want to sleep for the whole year" reflects the singer's overwhelming desire to escape from their current state and find solace in sleep. This longing for a prolonged period of rest highlights the extent of their exhaustion and serves as a metaphor for seeking a break from their struggles. The lyrics also touch upon the perception of shadows, which could symbolize feelings of darkness or uncertainty that accompany the vertigo experience.
Overall, "Vertigo" offers a vivid portrayal of the physical and emotional toll of vertigo and the profound desire for respite from its overwhelming impact.

my senior dog had the same symptons a month ago and it was terrifying. i wish i had more knowledge at the time to deal better with the situation. but he's fully recovered, and i dare to say, he seems like a younger dog now. appetite increased, gaining weight again, even more excited to play with toys and the walk outside is more interesting.
IF YOU'RE GOING THROUGH THIS RIGHT NOW: it will pass. it will get better. he/she will recover. take care of your seniors, he/she need your love and care more than ever at this time.

Hi how long did it take for the symptoms to subside
Carol
My senior dog is going through this right now, any tips you have that can help?

@Carol first of all: call your vet. let your dog be comfortable and elevate his head with a pillow. give him water periodically with a syringe if necessary. let him rest and follow your vet recommendations. good luck!
Carol
@xmrgx we got medications to help with nausea and the dizziness and thankfully he still eats and drinks water. He struggles because of the head tilt but I’m thankful he still eats. I’m hoping he gets better soon this is our first full day of him being like this so it’s tough.

We've recently had issues with what our vet stated may be vestibular disease in our Miniature Schnauzer. Desperate to help her with her inability to walk, eat, or drink normally, we read about trying Cayenne Pepper, which has proven to be successful, restoring her balance when used. It's usually only needed once a day. When her symptoms kick in, I wet the first digit of my index finger, dip it in Cayenne Pepper, shake off the excess, then put it in her mouth & rub it on her gums & tongue. I'm careful not to get it on her nose or in her eyes, because it's irritating. It has made such a difference for the past few days and is allowing her to recover. My understanding is that the Cayenne Pepper is a vasodilator that helps with blood flow, providing some relief from the symptoms. Her appetite kicks in when she starts feeling better & we are careful to feed her only a bit. Naturally, the hydration is more important for now. If this helps anyone out there get through this, it's worth sharing. ❤

Thank you for replying . I have my little schnauzer on 3 tabs of TRelief Arnica+12 daily. It is helping, but I am now going to add a tiny bit of cayenne pepper to one meal a day. He's making positive progress.
