Me too. Was 13 and heard it on WSGR 91.3 Port Huron college radio. Wish I could find out who the DJ was back then because he/she needs recognition for introducing so many of us to brilliant music we’re still loving 30yrs later. They just played Toronto this week!

Hey Melissa: You can write to the radio station. The may have record of who the DJ was back then. I was a DJ at my college radio station and the station retained our playlists. At the very least, write them (they probably have a Facebook page) and let them know that they made a positive difference in your musical life.
