Avenue
Avenue
The song "Avenue" by Ycare speaks to the universal human desire to find purpose and meaning in life. The opening lines set the stage with the phrase "On est tous un peu bleu sous les yeux", which translates to "We are all a little blue under the eyes", implying that we all carry some emotional burden. The song suggests that we search for a place or a feeling that can help us overcome this burden and find happiness.
The chorus repeats the phrase "On cherche tous" which means "We all search". Ycare encourages the listener to open their eyes and look for the magic - the small things that make life worth living. The imagery of "angels making paradise" suggests that there is something beyond ourselves that we need to connect with to find meaning. The repetition of the phrase "Avenue" at the end of the song implies that we need to find our own path in life, and that we should be unafraid to change direction if necessary.
Overall, "Avenue" is a heartfelt and philosophical song that encourages listeners to look for the beauty and magic in life, and to trust that there is a path for each of us to find our place in the world.
