This same line-up also recorded the next release, the EP "Scanner part 1 & 2" in 1981. After this line-up changes were afoot, with Weber and Grosskopf leaving; leaving the duo of Hanten and Meskes - and this duo would be the only permanent mebers of this project further on. In 1982 they hit the studio again, to make their second full-length album. Former member Weber made a guest appearance on this venture along with Helmut Brüker; and the finalized result was issued in June 1983, named "Time Code". In December 1983 Hanten and Meskes hit the studio again; this time without guest musicians. Two months later their third album was completed, and was issued in the first half of 1984 as "Wonders From the Genetic Factory.
Late in 1985 You started recording what was to be their last album in this first phase of their existence. Featuring guest appearances from Jaime Zenamon and Klaus Gertken. "Laserscape" was made availble to the general public in April 1986.
Following this release Hanten and Meskes hooked up with former member Grosskopf to form the project "Central Europe Performance"; an outfit concentrating on live performances. In the just over 20 years this still existing project many musicians have been involved; with Hanten and Meskes as the core foundation of the outfit. 1995 saw a new addition to the discography of You, with the release of the multimedia production "00:1996:00", and the following year the 5 CD box compilation "Era" saw the light of day.
In 2000 You chose to change moniker, and opted for the use of Yourovion; and releases a fair number of albums of various kinds under that name. In April 2009 Hanten and Meskes announced that they would return to their former moniker You, and that they'll herald the 30th anniversary of their debut album with a limited edition CD package names "The Electric Box".

About Squatters and taking up your seat ...
Was Lazarus a squatter as he waited in front of the gate of the Richman house watching him eat sumptuously everyday while he languished with a hungry belly?
Before I go further, I wonder about how we would feel, if we weren't as wise as we are today ? IF we saw a man squatting by a Well, one where we could see a woman walking by him without looking down in order to fill up her empty bucket. And what would we think as he asked her for a drink as she rested her bucket down tired from her long walk?
Think it not strange that I ask you this question. How many times do we witness this outside the entry way of a Walmart, Costco, Subway station, or Parking lot?
(And if you will, let's have this discussion without getting too caught up in our understanding of the definition of squatting on someone else's property, or squatting as the kneeling position we take up in prayer, or on a football field.... A rose is still a rose...let us agree)
Again, suppose Lazarus sitting on a blanket on the pavement with his cardboard sign as you walked into the corner grocery store... Would we say he was was occupying territory that wasn't his ...or rather just being a nuisance and driving down the value of your property by his daily presence ?
Would we say he was loitering, without considering the fact he had a genuine need like Lazarus?
Would we dismiss him because he had his hand out without considering the fact that this could be God Testing us in disguise, eager to bless one of us as he did the Samaritan woman?
And if they were truly squatters who were looking to take advantage of a generous heart would we have the presence of mind and spirit to say to " Silver and Gold I have not, but I say to you by the Power of the Holy Ghost: Pick up your mat and walk..."

Come, yes, come out of your boat if doubt and unbelief and met with me in the middle of this violent sea storm that is unable to drown out my peace and high self esteem( identity in God the Father)
And finally, are you encouraging us to take what isn't our to take but a gift that was given....now to be sure I understand what you mean....as the Bible teaches, we don't want to be the man that is so overblown with self entitlement and privilege that he is too lazy pick up the spoon and take from the plate of food place before him....
Rather I am talking about the attitude of the mother who carried her son's before Christ to ask that each be appointed a chair to the left, and right side of Gods throne.
Or are you talking about take your place and position as Moses was afraid to, when God called him to Go to Pharaoh in order to lead his People out and he was afraid too giving excuses about his inability to accomplish God's will ...

A week or so ago my favorite Pastor Stephanie encouraged us to ask God, "Lord what is the assignment of the principality in the region that you've sent me to" I prayed that this morning, and found myself here. Before I can understand my assignment I had to remember who I was in God. There was so much revelation and confirmation here. I took copious notes, but I'll have to re-watch this a few times and study independently. I've been an internet member since Covid, and I pay my tithes to this church because I cannot find anywhere local that delivers whole solid meat at this level of excellence. I'm hungry and chosen! This is by far my most favorite sermon yet!!
