Although they're mostly known for their more poppy songs, their albums also show some great acoustic and harder rock songs.
They've produced four albums up to now: The Place Where You Will Find Us, One-Armed Bandit, Alien Sweetheart and Crosses.
The album Crosses was released in april 2007. The first single of the album is called Black Hope Shot Down and is a harder rock song again, after the accoustic third album...
In november 2008, they released a new album, called 4.000.000 minutes, after the time the band exists. It bundles all the singles, two new tracks and some b-sides.
The two new tracks were 4 million minutes and forgotten
In 2010, Zornik released the album Statisfaction Kills Desire.
At the moment they're working on their new album Less > More which will be released in October 2012.
This Autumn, the band will play smaller venues, having promised a different concept of concerts we're used to from the band.
What's Wrong
Zornik Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
But what can we do?
I got scared and ran away
But where can I go?
But what if we fail to be one?
When there's no one to tell us what's wrong..
What's wrong?
What's going on?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's going on..?
We fail and we lie
But what can we do?
But what if we fail to be one?
When there's no one to tell us what's wrong
What's wrong?
What's going on?
What's wrong?
What's wrong?
What's going on?
What's wrong with us..?
What's wrong with us..?
What's wrong with us..?
The lyrics to Zornik's song "What's Wrong" focus on the experience of failure, fear, and uncertainty in relationships. The repetition of the question "What's wrong?" seems to stem from a sense of confusion and a desire for clarity or understanding. The line "But what if we fail to be one? When there's no one to tell us what's wrong" speaks to the challenge of maintaining connection and cohesion without external guidance or support.
The repetition of the phrases "We fail and we lie, but what can we do?" reflects a sense of resignation or helplessness in the face of these challenges. The line "I got scared and ran away, but where can I go?" highlights the difficulty of finding a solution or escape from these feelings. Ultimately, the song suggests that the answer to the question "What's wrong with us?" may not be easily discernible, but the act of asking the question can be a step towards greater self-awareness and growth.
