End of the Line
andres. Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴

It doesn't matter where we started
It doesn't count how many
Times we had our dates
It's not the way we met each other
Is just the fact that I have
Found in you my fate
Cuz now with you I can feel it
Cuz now I know I wanna be
With you the rest of my life
Despite the moments we
Have shared until now
Don't get to see you that much
You're here with me wherever you are

Pocha, you are all that I need
Here, not just in my dreams

At the beginning we were worried
That we would get bored
Of our stories, jokes and laughs
We thought our love
Was just like others
We thought our thing was
The result of some random chat
But, oh, we were so mistaken
We were so wrong because
There is no love as perfect as ours
To make our lives the way
We want them to be
I'll keep you right by my side
We'll make it be as good as we are

Pocha, it's just you and me
Listen, you feel what I feel

So now, my love, I need to kiss you
Cuz it's been too long since
I started with this song
I'll hug you just the way you like it
Your eyes will see that through my Voice I mean each word
I feel my hand grabbing your hand
I feel the beauty of the sound your Voice creates in my heart
You make my life as great
As nobody could
As beautiful as you are
I'll find you at the end of these lines

Pocha, this song if for us
Keep it, right next to your heart

Overall Meaning

The song "End of the Line" by andres. speaks about a deep and meaningful love connection that defies conventional beginnings and transcends physical distance. In the first verse, the lyrics suggest that the circumstances of how the relationship started and the number of times they have met on dates are not important. What truly matters is that the singer has found their destiny and fate in their partner. The singer expresses that being with their partner makes them feel complete and they want to spend the rest of their life with them. Despite not being able to see each other frequently, the presence of their partner is felt wherever they are.

The second paragraph delves into the doubts and concerns the couple initially had about their relationship. They thought that their love story was no different from others and might lose its luster over time. However, they soon realize their mistake as they come to believe that their love is unique and perfect. They express their determination to shape their lives together according to their desires. The singer assures their partner that they will always be by their side, creating a life that matches the greatness of their love.

The third paragraph takes a more passionate turn as the singer expresses their longing for physical affection. They describe the desire to kiss and hug their partner, emphasizing how their heartfelt words in the song are a reflection of their true emotions. The singer feels the connection between them grow stronger as they hold hands and listen to the beautiful sound of their partner's voice, which resonates with their heart. The partner is credited with transforming the singer's life into something extraordinary, making it as beautiful as the partner themselves. The lyrics imply a sense of longing, as the singer states they will find their partner at the end of the song, suggesting a reunion or a deeper connection beyond words.

The final paragraph is a declaration of love and dedication. The singer addresses their partner as "Pocha," a term of endearment, expressing that the song is meant for both of them. They encourage their partner to keep the song close to their heart, symbolizing a reminder of their love and the bond they share. The lyrics convey a deep sense of intimacy and commitment between the two individuals, suggesting that their love surpasses any boundaries or challenges they may face.

I found similarities like that all over the place throughout the game.

The very concept of working for the FIB higher ups in GTA V is very reminiscent of the missions Mike Toreno had Carl do. Toreno always says his agency is the 'only good one' just like what Norton and his boss has you believe in GTA V. They are helping fight the war overseas by getting money through shady (though necessary) means. Or that's what they think.

Interestingly, one of the very missions from Toreno's airstrip mission arcs was directly transferred over to GTA V. Heading right into a plane, killing all agents (though it was private militia in GTA V) on board, then parachuting down like a boss. One of the striking homages I instantly noticed.

If you ever did Cesar and his asset missions for the Zoomer garage/ Wang Cars there was one where CJ and Cesar steal two cars, decide to have fun with them for a while out on the streets, get chased by cops, outrun them, then return to the garage (remind you of anything?). Yep, the first Franklin mission from GTA V. Even the dialogue Cesar spouts at you is almost mirroring what Lamar quips to Franklin in GTA V.

Though I have pointed this one out already to some extent, the entire general theme of the C.R.A.S.H. unit being the actual main antagonists in the game is strikingly similar to the FIB's own Steve Haines. The guy even has his own 'almost silent partner', that black guy, just like Jimmy Hernandez was to Tenpenny and Pulaski.

I'm sure there are several more general themes that reflect GTA SA and all it's wonders.

Even though there's so much going on in GTA V, I still think San Andreas is the best GTA for personal reasons.

1. It was the first GTA where you could fully customize your own character.

2. The way a simple story turns into a grand adventure and ends on a satisfying note.

3. The references and easter eggs

4. The character diversity

5. The setting

6. Big ass map with tons of variety

This game was amazing! My first GTA game too. I'm glad Rockstar made it possible for a mobile port.

Alot of People seem really confused why tenpenny didn't kill CJ, some even calling it a plot hole, here's why for the curious, and the idiots:

Tenpenny showed genuine panic and fear when CJ claimed sweets was behind him, and he's been paranoid for a while now.

He knows for one-hundred percent certainty that if he shot CJ, started looting the safe and sweets walked in he wouldn't hesitate in killing tenpenny.

Tenpenny needs that money so he doesn't have to start over from square one, but, if he holds up Carl and sweets walked in, he knows sweets probably wouldn't risk shooting him at the risk of killing his own brother.

Even at the end he tries to shoot Carl when he thinks he doesn't need to worry about being snuck up on. It's not a plot hole, it's the logical response of a paranoid man.

This is was a tragedy for us. We lost our most loyal customer that day. We at Cluckin' Bell do our best to keep the story of Big Smoke and his long orders alive to this day.
