Developed all these negatives
I've developed a lot of negative thoughts and emotions.

These negative thoughts cause me to snap or react in a negative way quickly.

Feeling like I struck out, always in a rush now

These negative thoughts are really hard to shake off.

Now every morning way before I go and make some breakfast

Reflecting on my blessings takes only a moment.

Count my favorite blessings, help me change perspective
Thinking about my favorite blessings helps me change my mindset.
