Hylian formed in Northern Utah during the fall of 2014. Inspired by a large list of high energy guitar-based acts, the band draws inspiration from each and consciously leaves it at that, avoiding limiting themselves to a single sound. The band's founding members (vocalist Tanner Isom and guitarist Jake Nelson) started the project after confirming studio time with Landon Tewers (The Plot in You). Later, they recruited Hector Guadarrama (guitar), Carlo Gutierrez (bass), and Logan Sullivan (drums) to complete a 5-piece ensemble in order to perform tracks from their first record, Landscapes (2015). After local promoting and minor self-booked touring, the band returned to Landon in the spring of 2017 to record their second album Raison D'etre in 2018. Their acoustic EP Morning was released in 2022.

That would devalue the master sword as the only item that doesnt break. 800 durability for 3k is a massive enough reward in itself. After all it isnt really all that special aside from lore.

Ye like that was something in skyward sword where all other shields could break but the hylian shield was indestructible
