My husband and I have been married since 1996, and it was a second marriage for the both of us. This song definitely depicts the depth of love that we have for one another and the journey it took for us to find each other! Here it is towards the end of 2023, and this song still has us swaying in each other's arms. They don't make songs like this anymore!

The fact that Ron Isley said he wrote this song after hearing Earth,Wind,and Fire's "DEVOTION" makes this song that much coolerπ.

I was surprised that the Isleys came out with a song that sounded so much like Earth Wind & Fire's "Devotion". Lots of people bit off of EWF's sound, but unlike the others, the Isleys were on their level.
