Just existing and being oneself brings tranquility

Season's changing, furniture rearranging
Noticing the changes happening in the seasons and rearranging of furniture

Old friendly faces move to new places
Seeing familiar people relocate to different surroundings

All sorts of ways that it can make me feel
Experiencing various emotions due to these changes

Life goes on though and that's being real
Accepting the fact that life continues despite these changes

Stop tripping over weather
Ceasing to let weather conditions affect me negatively

It could always B worse, it could always B better
Acknowledging that situations can be either worse or better

It ain't always money in the bank
Money in the bank isn't always guaranteed

It ain't always a full tank
Having a full tank of gas isn't always the case

It ain't always what you thank
Realizing that gratitude isn't always enough

But thru the storm only birth a rainbow
Recognizing that beauty can emerge after going through difficult times

Life's short so I take my day slow
Appreciating the brevity of life by living each day at a relaxed pace

Quit, don't quit
Contemplating whether to give up or persevere

Noodle, don't noodle
Considering options and not dwelling on uncertainties

You are too concerned with what was
Being overly preoccupied with the past

Anticipating the future

There's a saying: Yesterday is history
Quoting the saying that emphasizes the past being unchangeable

Tomorrow is a mystery
Highlighting the unknown nature of the future

But today is a gift
Recognizing that the present is a precious and valuable opportunity

That is why it is called the present
