For those of you who don't quite see the connections, I think the lyrics and the video are related but give off two coherent messages. These are just my personal interpretations:

Lyrics:
The flowing river might symbolize our passing youth. So the title could very much be Dear Youth, straightforwardly. "And I look back upstream" is when she is reminiscing her youthful, carefree days. She hopes that we can all take the time to look back, slow down, and become youthful again--never letting go of those years. When we slow down to become kids again, our river "stops." Youth takes our "heart in tow," making it "hard to let go" of those days.  Even though it gets harder to "fight the flow and tug of war" with life, remember to think of your youth when "you're out to sea." (The sea may signify the adult world). The last lines, "just keep on, river gone, is my friend," signals us that it's okay to let ourselves age and move forward as long as we keep in touch with youth--our dear friend.

Video:
From the beginning of the video, the couple is allowing technology to guide them. Their phones tell them where to go, indicating a loss of their curiosity and adventurousness. Whereas the kids just run freely, fueled by their own intuition. For many people, technology keeps us locked in our rooms, looking down as we walk, and artificially social. We ask our phones for help since the world is at the palm of our hands, but the world that is not in your phone is the world of the moment itself. When the girl keeps taking photos (though it's not necessarily bad) it shows that people tend to live in photos rather than the transient moment. Also, we can see that the guy is having trouble communicating and interacting with his girlfriend because she is so immersed in her phone. It seems as though the guy puts away his phone and wants to start enjoying the moment, but his girlfriend's immersion won't allow. So, all the kids in this MV are actually adults trying to bring back youth, and Kina is the queen--an adult who is friends with her youth.
