I am constantly being interrupted and distracted from my personal time

There is just too much stress and too much less
Too many pressures and too little support or resources to manage them

People are too busy and focused on success to slow down and take care of their mental health

So I grab this stash, and slow it down
I resort to substances or other methods to temporarily ease my stress and anxiety

I am avoiding social interactions and distractions to focus on myself

I won't go out tonight
I am declining invitations to go out to prioritize my own well-being

Cause I don't want to leave
I prefer to stay in and address my personal issues

I've been lost in my mind
I have been struggling with my mental health and self-identity

Searching for peace
I am seeking inner calm and contentment

Well all the clouds are going mad there's pressure right behind
There is a lot of chaos and stress in my personal and external environment

But let's find a place in oblivion tonight, and it's fine
Let's escape from the pressures of reality and enjoy the momentary respite

Cause there will be a day tomorrow that I won't sit in sorrow
I have hope for a better future that is free from my current struggles

Let's forget about the problems and demands of society

I need time to process my thoughts and emotions into creative expression

I have anxiety in a society always battling time
I am overwhelmed by societal pressures to constantly achieve and succeed

Everybody's earning the cut but who is paying for mine
Everyone is pursuing their own success, but who is supporting or caring for me?

I have been neglecting my mental health, but now I want to take steps to improve it

We don't need excessive material possessions, let's focus on what truly matters to us

And sleep under the stars we could be living the dream
Living a simple and meaningful life with those we care about is the ultimate dream

But we've been caught up in this game buy all this shit we don't need
Society has conditioned us to pursue material success and possessions that ultimately do not bring happiness

Cameras are making pictures everyone's saying cheese
We are overly focused on capturing happy moments instead of truly experiencing them

Let's take a trip down to memory lane there's no shame
Let's reflect on our past experiences and appreciate them, regardless of any mistakes or regrets

In remembering the times when life gave lemonade
Recalling the moments of joy and positivity amidst life's challenges

It's insane let's go back to the days
Society's current focus on materialism and success is misguided and unhealthy

With no rain only sunshine
A time of happiness and simplicity, without any struggles or difficulties

We don't complain
We appreciate what we have and do not focus on negativity or shortcomings

Those days, we'd be hanging out outside until our minds were blazed
