Beginning in 2004, Blake Ewing and Jamie Flarity began working together through writing and performing original music under the moniker - The Code Fifty. But after a brief hiatus and an altered focus, a new leaf was turned and the result was a blend of orchestral and layered soundscapes wherein the duo contemplate hope, comfort and solace through musical ideas and thoughtful, meaningful lyrics derived from travels, literature and memorable life experiences.

In 2009, today as tomorrow released a self titled album and the single "Tokyo".

They strive to maintain the mantra - live today, as tomorrow is not promised.
