RBW never cared about Wheein's reputation & wellbeing which is why they never cared enough to help her establish herself as a solo. Let's be honest, they always used to push Solar to the limelight & now that Hwasa has become the popular one, the roles have kind of switched a bit. Moonbyul has a lot of connections in the industry & she's such a go-getter so she gets better promotion compared to Wheein.
I guess RBW thought the other girls were more marketable which is such a shame because Wheein is a great singer, dancer, performer, she's funny asf and above all she's so down to earth & relatable.
The only period of time RBW paid any attention to Wheein is when she used to go to singing shows in 2015-2016 but after that it's been a downhill battle. For instance from May 2018 - May 2019 the only solo schedule they gave her was Secret Unnie. And just recently for her birthday they sold limited copies of the Magnolia CD a whole year after it's release & it was just a cd with no book & 1 track. And then they dropped the 25 MV a month after her actual birthday with no warning whatsoever 🙄 Just goes to show how much they really "care".
For someone as talented and as loveable as Wheein to be overlooked like that is ridiculous 🙁

People don't appreciate good music. They prefer any basic catchy song they can dance to. That's why Easy is underrated and most mediocre songs from the overrated kpop soloists are charting high.

Not to mention, her own agency fucked her career the most by not letting her promote (but they let Hwasa, "Twit" was such a mediocre song compared to "Be calm" but yeah, at least Hwasa's cashable rn!🙄) .. Whee-in is the most skilled one in the group with such a rich voice, she's been the most public friendly MMM member since their debut, she has done so many wonderful collaborations but her company never cared enough to promote or even give her a proper debut stage! Hell even in their title tracks, she's always given the non-glamorous parts and you can clearly feel some favoritism from their company's side. Obviously, some moomoos will defend the agency at all cost but Wheein was never showcased as much as much as she deserves. Her company doesn't quite seem to care about her future career once MMM are done as a group.

Wheein's song is about a relationship where one of the partners is addicted to the other which creates an un-healthy relationship. In Wheein's song, she's the one addicted to the other. She likes him "more than I love myself". She always needs his attention and love. In Hwa Sa's song, it's the opposite, she's the "drug".
