Mark Forster is a German singer-songwriter who has been active in the German music scene for several years. He gained wider recognition with his 2012 album "Karton" and has since had several top 10 hits in the German charts. Felix Jaehn is a German DJ and producer who gained international fame through his remixes of popular hits such as "Cheerleader" by OMI or "Ain't Nobody (Loves Me Better)" by Felix Jaehn feat. Jasmine Thompson.

The duo EFF was founded by the two musicians in 2015. Their first single "Stimme" was released that same year and became a major success in Germany. The song reached #2 on the German singles chart and was certified platinum.
