Jacarandosa
Los Tres Reyes Lyrics

Mi mujer tenía un dolor
Y me dijo Chino, Chinito
Llévame a ver el doctor
Mi mujer se llama María
Mi mujer tenía un dolor
Y me dijo Chino, Chinito
Y mi mujer no salía
Y mi mujer no salía
The song "Jacarandosa" by Los Tres Reyes tells the story of a man, called Chino or Chinito, who takes his wife, María, to see a doctor because she's in pain. Chino is worried about his wife's condition and waits outside the consulting room while she's being treated. After a few hours, Chino starts to panic because María hasn't come out yet. When he finally talks to the doctor, he's relieved to find out that María's condition is not serious, but she's merely "jacarandosa," a term used to describe someone who's feeling feverish and behaving in an animated, joyful manner.
The song showcases a humorous take on a serious situation. The use of the term "jacarandosa" adds an element of playfulness to an otherwise tense scenario, allowing listeners to view the situation from a lighter perspective. The upbeat rhythm, coupled with the witty lyrics, creates an atmosphere of joy and positivity, making the song an enjoyable listen.
